Most of the sports industry is closely related to the stadiums, stadiumsbecome an important hardware for the development of sports industry.Domestic provinces and cities host the National Games and other Large Games, built orextended a number of large stadiums. However, by the lessons learned at home and abroad, theutilization of the facilities of the large stadium after the game is generally not high, the high costof maintenance and upkeep, and operating efficiency is not satisfactory.This paper using the method of literature, survey research and statistics, from the status quo ofthe National Games sports stadiums, analyze the problems in the management of these stadiums,development and use of forward reasonable proposals designed to provide a reference for therelevant Government departments to promote the continuous development and improvement ofthe stadium industry in Shandong Province.Here is the conclusion of this paper?1.Although the stadiums were well designed?there are still have some problems such as thedesign scale of stadium is too large, the layout is not reasonable and the use of inadequateregional development imbalances.2. Management Status: the stadium due to government investment, so they are under controlof sports administration department, the stadium itself is a lack of initiative.3. Operation of the status: Some stadium will be profitable, but most of the stadium is still inthe balance of payments or liabilities; business project should be added, the quality ofservice can be further enhanced; peoples' awareness of fitness are gradually increase andthe number of coach bodies develop fast.4. Main problems: lack of professional management talents; business philosophy updatesslowly, lack of means of marketing; parts of the stadium developed slowly with heavyburden.5. Improve and perfect the stadium management and operators to co-ordinate management andpromote the further development of public sports stadium in Shandong Province.6.The mainly complete infrastructure of the11th National Games stadiums, convenienttransportation, slightly modified to a high standard competition stadium, the way oftransform based on the existing stadium and facilities, add a modern sound and light to theold equipment,computer systems, the appearance of stadium construction using newmaterials to be updated.7.
