Since entering the 1990', countries around the world implement standard-based curriculum reform basically. In the standard-based curriculum reform curriculum, standard is the criterion of education quality measure, while the evaluation is the bottle neck that restricts new curriculum reform. Therefore, the consistency analysis of the school achievement evaluation and curriculum Standard becomes the hot topic of global education reform, which has also admitted by scholars in our country. In all, the research of the consistency analysis of the school achievement evaluation and curriculum standard is crucial both in theory and in practice. The main problems during the process of the research stated as follows: the following questions in the(1) how to construct the framework of analyzing the alignment between the junior middle school level examination papers and the content standards.(2) How to encode the curriculum standards and the papers.(3) How to make data analysis.Focus on these problems the research is divvied into six chapter. The first chapter Elaborate the background, objective and significance of the alignment research.Te second chapter defines the key words and introduce the relevant research at home and abroad which defined the theoretical basis of the paper. In the third chapter, the study adopts the Sec model in combination with the condition of our country, and makes the coding principle. Based on the principle, we code the mathematics content standards and the text paper, and then calculate the Porter's alignment index and the critical values. The fourth chapter mainly analytical data, to show the result visually, the paper present the data by means of the line graph, bar graph and topographic chart from different angles. Afterwards, in the fifth chapter analyses the root reason caused the inconsistent as followed(1) The curriculum standard lacks of scientific(2) There isn't a unified standard to select text paper-makers from those teachers who are lack of evaluation qualities.(3) Regional differences lead to the levels and the functions of the text paper diverse(4)Research on the alignment lagged. The sixth chapter summaries the innovation and insufficient of the research.
