Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Political Quality Of Ideological And Political Workers In Colleges And Universities And Countermeasures

University ideological and political staffs are main force of ideological and political education to train students into the builders and successors of socialist construction,shoulders a high historical mission and a sacred duty the party and the government entrust.The ideological and political staffs are the main body of ideological and political education in university and accordingly their personal quality are determining the health and growth of university students to a certain extent.Among all qualities,political quality is the primary one,which not only influences the socialist orientation of education,but also relates the future of our party and nation and the development of various undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Furthermore,university ideological and political staffs are an indispensable part of ideological and political work team of Communist Party of China.Therefore,Communist Party of China has always been attaching great importance to ideological and political education in university.Recent years have witnessed theoretical and practical progress which provides theoretical support for university ideological and political education.Meanwhile,China has entered a critical period of deepening reform and deep water area.The adjustment of multiparty interest structure,the interweaving and collision of all various ideas and ideology and the diversity of value orientation are shocking some university Ideological and political staff.The following performance displays their poor political quality: ambiguous political attitude,slow political study and sense of dedication.Therefore,the study of the political quality of university Ideological and political staffs and putting forward methods to improve it accordingly is a major concern.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of basic facts of political quality of university Ideological and political staffs and its necessity of improving the political quality.Meanwhile,the current situation of political quality of university Ideological and political staffs is investigated and interviewed and its progress and setbacks are analyzed.In addition,suggestions are put forward from the following four aspects:theoretical improvement,practical achievement,and model guide and team selection.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction of the background,significance and status quo.The second part presents the related concept and basic facts of political quality of university ideological and political staffs.This part mainly consists of two aspects;the first aspect is the analysis of the concept of ideological and political workers in Colleges and universities.The second aspect is the analysis of the connotation of Ideological and political workers' political quality.The third part discusses the necessity of improving the political quality of university Ideological and political staffs.The third part is including three parts,one is the ideological and political workers in Colleges and universities with good political qualities,one is the problems exist in ideological and political workers' political quality,the third is the analysis of the reason that caused problems.The final chapter is devoted to the counter measurement investigation of improving the political quality of university ideological and political staffs.This part is based on the current situation of the ideological and political educators in Colleges and universities,the basic connotation of the ideological and political workers political quality as the theoretical basis,puts forward the concrete countermeasures.
