Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Children's Swimming Amateur Training In Lishui City, Zhejiang Province

The promotion of swimming activities in Zhejiang province benefits from the solid mass basis. Of all the 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang province, more than 10 cities select the swimming test as one of the testing items in The Senior Entrance Exam,9 cities have schools with swimming features in compulsory education. Condensing the athletics, the Zhejiang province is the forefront of the country in recent years. It has emerged some world swimming stars, like Sun Yang, Ye Shiwen. However, the existing researches mainly focus on the developed areas in Zhejiang province, such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou and other areas, while the researches on less developed regions like Lishui are not abundant.Through literature, questionnaires, site visits, expert interview mathematical statistics and other methods, this paper analyzes the amateur training of children swimming in Lishui area. Through the survey of the department of sports management, swimming coaches, children swimmers and parents in Lishui city, we summarize 8 major factors which affect the amateur training of children swimming in Lishui area:1. Starting late, small-scale training, low training funds.2. Non comprehensive training content with boring training method.3. The incentive mechanism of coaches is not perfect, the training of coaches is inadequate.4. The selection of materials is not scientific.5. Backward venues and facilities, and the coverage of children swimming is low in rural area.6. The attention on sports nutrition is not seriously enough.7. The structures of full-time and part-time in coaches is irrational, the responsibility of part-time coaches is relatively low.8. Lack of private industry associations, the mutual exchanges between coaches is not enough.Considering about the above facts, this paper provides the following measures:1. Maintaining their own advantages and seize the development opportunities.2. Adhere to the strategy of "efforts to come in and actively go out".3. Improve the mechanism of coaches and promote job training.4. Implementing the scientific selection of materials.5. Improving venues and facilities, and the swimming coverage of children.6. Paying attention to the nutrition of athletes.7. Optimizing the structures of coaches and improving the quality as well as responsibility of part-time coaches.8. Promoting the exchanges between coaches, contacting the parties to prepare for the establishment Swimming Association.
