Elementary and middle schools is the development of the golden age of the body, strengthen physical health is particularly important to arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise will, from the perspective of the school physical education, physical education is students understand and learn and master the main source of sports knowledge and skills, in the process,physical education teachers, plays a vital role., on the other hand, according to the relevant regulations of the sports education, grade three to nine grade classes for three classes per week, Wu hou district in physical education teaching reform, the reform of the physical education, it will increase to the original class every Friday, in school increased at the same time, responsible for physical education teachers' workload will increase, in terms of quantity, the existing physical education teachers will not be able to meet the needs of teaching, in terms of quality, to teacher's quality, ability and so on all have new requirements, coupled with the promulgation and implementation of new also puts forward new requirements for physical education teachers, integrated the time background of the study of physical education.Based on the issue and Wu hou district class curriculum reform under the background of the Wu hou district junior middle school sports teaching present situation investigation and analysis, the research method is adopted by the literature material law,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, expert interview method,investigation object involved in Wu hou district 29 junior high school physical education teachers, the survey involved in Wu hou district, junior high school physical education teachers of physical education teachers in education, research status of physical education teachers, sports funds input, location equipment, the basic situation of the survey data analysis: Wu hou district number of PE teachers basically meet the need of physical education teaching, but in Wu hou district after the reform of physical education, primary and secondary school physical education to increase, the number of physical education teachers and class link there is shortage of the number of teachers,the existing sports teachers' workload, on PE teachers' gender, the female PE teachersnumber less than male PE teachers, PE teachers' academic and professional title structure is reasonable, on the teachers' training, Wu hou district due to join the alliance of national sports teaching, training opportunities is more, but the sports teachers' participation in training and sports scientific research initiative is not high, often influenced by the interests of more, such as evaluation of professional titles, improve the education and teaching appraisal and so on.
