Research On Alienation Behavior Of Elite Athletes In Competitive Sports

As an essential part of national development plan, modern competitive sports as a carrier of culture reflect the pursuing of healthy living of human civilization. Elite athletes play an important role in the match, in order to get a higher rank, they keep on training to make progress and achieve their self-expectation. However, in the process of high-skilled and high-level competition, some of sports participants' act violates the competitive sports spirit, which is sports alienation; it specifically demonstrated that ugly phenomenon of the athletic field such as doping, foul play, violent conduct, athlete deviance behavior and so on. Such alienation have become the common phenomenon in the game, it not only violate the spirit of Olympic but also breach the basic principal of sports ethic. Therefore, alienation is an urgent problem in the development of sports.This article will state and analysis the alienation in the competitive sports by literature study, logic argumentation and so on. The elite athlete in this article refers to those athletes who have qualification to be excused from an examination by their excellent score in sports testing. This text analysis the alienation behavior of elite athlete in the match, speak specifically, the competitive sports behavior of objectifying subjects, impersonal training, doping, athlete's physical and psychological damage and limitation of athlete's re-employment. The subjective cause of alienation in the competitive sports are the limitation of self-cognition, the alienation of values and the misread of sports spirit; the objective cause are the political interference, the impact of overly-commercialize, public opinion, poorly educated athlete and missing of humanistic spirit.To solve the above problems, this article offered some suggestion: 1. reform the regulatory agency, improve the legal system and supervision mechanism; 2. Weaken the political interference, encourage the athlete's independence and creativity; 3. Strengthen the humanistic concern to athlete, offer more professional education; 4. Protecting the athlete's right to education; 5. Make sports commercialization guided correctly in order to lay a good foundation for build a healthy competitive sports environment.
