With the deepening of China's education reform in our country,the children's autonomy game attracted more and more attention,it has no specific direction but cohere as the overall trend in the development of preschool education.The education idea of gamification sets higher demands upon the ability of teachers.It play a very important role and connecting link between the preceding and the following in the observation.Based on the current situation that the teachers' misunderstood on game and capability failure,we do research in librarizes and use the status investigation to create type lists.From the professional view,we take independent games as its carrier to integrate the character of the observing behavior of teachers.According to the grade's division of the kindergarten,this study selects 300 teachers from the school which are in different levels randomly.We do the survey by the self-complied questionnaire “ The character and Type list of the Observing Behavior of Teachers ”.In all of 285 recyclable questionnaires,there are 264 raild questionnaires,and the efficient rate is 92.6%.The structure of the questionnaire includes 4 dimensions: observing the behavior consciousness,observing the behavior of the structure,observing the behavior of the theory,observing the behavior of reflection.Though examining,the reliability of Alpha was 0.920,and the split half reliability was 0.841.At the same time,we choose 27 teachers in bottom class,middle class and top class of kindergarten as the object of our study to interview and observe,and adapt the object analysis to collect and analyze their observing diary and reflection.Results show:1.the overall level of the current kindergarten teachers' outdoor independent game observation behavior is better,in which the preschool teachers' observation is the best,the theoretical and reflective observation is the second,and the teachers' observation is the lowest.2.there are some differences in the behavior of the independent game observation of preschool teachers in different demographic variables:(1)the overall behavior of preschool teachers outdoor observation and theoretical reflection and there is significant difference in the age of teachers: teachers to observe the behavior of teachers with the level of age and gradually increase after the age of 50 began to decline,which 41-50 years old preschool teachers to observe the behavior of the overall score higher than other age teachers.(2)the characteristics of consciousness of preschool teachers outdoor observation behavior in the park by the nature of the group in the garden of preschool teachers' outdoor autonomous game to observe the behavior of the overall level was significantly higher than that of private garden and public garden.3.preschool teachers to observe the behavior of outdoor autonomous games can be divided into: "flammable stationary type","comprehensive combustion type" and "non combustible passive type" three categories,each type had significant difference,the highest level of "spontaneous combustion synthesis".Based on the discussion of the characteristics,types and performance of the kindergarten teachers' outdoor independent game observation,the author puts forward some suggestions in the light of the teachers themselves and the kindergarten.
