To deepen the reform of health system,strengthen the reform,including the health service mode of service system to adjust the medical security system,and the improvement of community health service,put forward higher demands for medical education and training.As an important component of medical education,health vocational education has met with unprecedented opportunities as well as great challenges in the context of increasing attention to vocational education in the country.The practice of health major in secondary vocational schools is especially strong,and practical teaching,especially practice teaching,is an important link in the quality of personnel training.Five health professionals were selected in this study(Department of Career Technical College Huizhou health vocational nursing,midwifery,pharmacy,medical inspection,rehabilitation)3 students and teaching hospital teachers as the object,by using the self-designed "student teaching questionnaire","teaching hospital practice teachers teaching questionnaire" questionnaire.Of 3318 questionnaires and 189 copies of the intern teacher questionnaire analysis,the results showed that 86.9% of the students are satisfied with the practice mobilization preparation,60.1% students clear education objectives and requirements;75.4% of students think that hospitals established practice plan and syllabus,78% of the students get the teacher's careful guidance,92.3% of the students love the internship instructor.The 93.2% students currently recognized "2+1" training mode,85.5% students think that internships and professional anastomosis,94.7% of the students believe that the 10 month internship will bring positive energy to develop their own ability and employment;at the same time,can get the teacher's concern and help in the process of practice of students,teachers can practice unit explain in detail the problems encountered;practice base construction,management and intern teachers and school teachers pay more attention to the practice is the practice teaching effect of the most important factors.However,only 51.3% of the students were satisfied with the overall evaluation of practical teaching,and 57.9% of them were not very clear or vague about the composition andmethod of assessment.The 91.2 teachers on the performance of the intern is recognized with satisfaction;93.4% teachers clear education objectives and requirements;80.6 teachers make teaching plan,such as midwifery in obstetric practice,the teacher made the practice contents and time schedule,skill requirements and examination zone;teachers need to cultivate the ability that most interns are the ability to analyze and solve problems,ability of self-study,practice and operation ability and communication skills.However,the 67.7% band teachers are not very clear about the composition and methods of interns' performance evaluation.Interview also found that the school teaching and practice teaching is not close enough,before practice,need to further strengthen practical training,campus cultural construction practice support for practical work is not enough.Practice and suggestions to solve the existing problems in Teaching: one is to expand the construction of campus culture,cultivate students' comprehensive quality;two is to strengthen the cohesion of school teaching and practice teaching;the three is to further improve the evaluation system and evaluation method of practice;the four is to further strengthen practical training,set up small class teaching;five is to further improve the teaching hospital teaching medical workers active teaching consciousness;six is to further optimize the construction of teachers...
