With the reform of education in full swing,educational ideas and teaching models which derived from the cultural in the past thousands of years of education system,highlighted educational shortcomings.Take the examination as the center,the education which the various social factors influence along with the human "adaptation" is walking with difficulty.What is the direction of educational reform and the role of anthropology in the field of education is an important issue.I try to make an in-depth study on the educational problems by using the field survey method of anthropology.Select Z middle school students as the starting point of the study,so I walked into the campus and off campus life of Z high school students.I take the "other" perspective to observe the learning life of the pony and write it in the way of ethnography.During the study,I used the method of interview and oral history to understand the influence of the exam oriented education on the learning life,to explore the students' daily education mode.Finally,by comparing with a middle school student in Finland,which is the top of the world education,the author compares the differences between the two methods in education,education and teaching.At the same time,the author makes use of the educational anthropology idea of educational anthropologist Ogbu.The process of personal growth can not be closed,and this process should be connected with the Chinese side of the environment.However,China's examination oriented education system is due to the continuation of the Chinese culture for thousands of years.Faced with this kind of culture,the existing education system and students can only go to "adapt".If we want to continue to deepen the reform of the education system,breaking the inherent cultural concept is the key...
