With the method of event-related potentials(ERPs),the paper studies the attention of taekwondo referees, especially the characteristics of stimulus's attention process in Attentional Blink(AB)effect and ERPs.This study was conducted to give feasible and effective psychological training solutions based on the features and disparities of referees' attention.By Comparing the behavior with neural mechanism of AB effect from referees with different ranks,we draw the results as follows:(1)In the course of the experiment both the junior and senior referees had fully Attentional Blink and both of them reached the highest level in P8.(2)There was a downward trend in P1 both for junior and senior referees. As time went by,the AB effect went up steadily. However,it declined to record lows suddenly in P8 and became fully Attentional Blink which is called twice Attentional Blink.(3)The timing that reached AB of senior referees was later and shorter than the junior which showed that junior were more effected by AB than the senior.(4)The senior's N1 latent period occurred in cerebral cortex and central-parietal area is obviously shorter than the junior's which showed that the senior's response time to the stimulus was shorter and quicker than the junior's.In addition, the brain activation is in the same level because the N1 amplitude occurred in several areas of the brain had no difference between the senior and the junior.(5)When it comes to the P300 latent period on the top of cerebral cortex, senior referees had a shorter latent period than the junior which means the senior can more quickly process the target stimulus and probe stimulus and the time of AB is shorter. This result showed that under the same attentional resources, with the optimization model of stimulus cognitive and processing strategy, the senior could more efficiently process the stimulus.(6)Similar to P300,senior referees had shorter N400 latent period. The senior's N400 amplitude which occurred in central, top and central top brain is less than the junior's.This phenomenon showed that when the senior process probe stimulus, they are better at semantic processing.According to the experimental results,we take the implicit learning as the main psychological training method. From the perspective of practical application and the cultivation mechanism, making a psychological training method which could develop and optimize the ability of Attentional Blink so that referees can improve the refereeing standard.
