Representation Training has become one of the most common Psychological Skill of Training methods in the field of sports,which has seen as a core part of Psychological Skill Training.So far,researchers apply Presentational Training to almost all sports and physical education,and they pay more attention on such research,which the theory and practice has been improved gradually.Domestic and international studies shows that Representation Training helps speed up the master of skills,improve race performance,enhance representation ability,can also relieve anxiety,tension,improve teaching quality and effectiveness.By comparing and analyzing the data from different methods,representation training and traditional teaching,we can see the influences of representation training on high school football.This article take a two-month experiment which taking Literature,Questionnaire,Statistics,Logical analysis and other methods,football players of Changan Jiuzhong as experimental subjects.by the comparison of the transplanting of representation training into experiment group and the traditional teaching into common group teaching,we can reach the following conclusions:First,Application of Representation Training in teaching high school football,by which students can get the skills and tactics more easily and improve competition results and the teaching effect.Second,Application of Representation Training in teaching high school football is superior to traditional teaching in enhancing students' ability to exercise representation.Third,Application of Representation Training in teaching high school football can reduce anxiety,enhance self-confidence and improve the quality of attention.Forth,Application of Representation Training in teaching high school football can stimulate the potential of students,create a student-centered atmosphere,enhance student learning initiative,create a harmonious classroom atmosphere,and promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.In view of the above experiments,the following suggestions are put forward:First,representation training as one of the psychological training methods,which should let students in a relaxed?pleasant environment,eliminate the outside interference for students.Let student do representation training in a suitable time,and prevent excessive fatigue.Second,coaches should instill the effectiveness of representation training idea to students and teach them step by step.And the coach gradually asks students to use internal perception for representation training,then let them invert the visual image into the main kinesthetic imagery gradually,and use the training methods which combined the Integral and decomposition demonstration.Third,In the process of imagery training to the students,the trainer uses brief language tips to help students technical and tactical training,consolidate and strengthen the action representation,and encourage students to do with the game scene.At this time,the active imagination are linked with the real scene,then combine it with the practical application.Forth,in the football teaching we should carry on the exploration and the attempt of the physical education teaching method,and positively popularize and promote the representation training,thus promotes the student's all round development.The representation training applied to the high school football teaching method,not only can reform the traditional teaching mode,but also can develop fully the teaching mode of regarding the students as the main body.At the same time,it can speed up the students to grasp the football skills and tactics,improve the teaching effect,and actively promote the development of middle school football.
