The mid-term exam is the most important examination in the compulsory education stage in china. It is not only the evaluation of students' stage learning,but also the screening and selection of follow-up study .Therefore, it is of great significance for the reform of mathematics education.As a large international comparable test,its concept,test framework, test content, evaluation methods of mathematics education has great foresight.In this paper,it analyze the similarities and differences between the two tests.Combining with our national conditions,it explores the proposition of using paper and pencil test to test students' mathematical literacy.In order to provide some clues and ideas for the improvement and perfection of the mathematical proposition in the middle school.Based on the research of the PISA test and the middle school mathematics proposition,analyzing the test framework and problems used PISA2012 test and the mid-term exam in Nanjing as an example.The test framework includes the problem situation, the content of the test, the mathematical process, the structure of the test paper, scoring system etc.According to the SEC method, this paper is divided into two aspects: content dimension and cognitive dimension.Taking consistency analysis and analysing the specific dimensions.Some conclusions are obtained:1.PISA test pays more attention to students' ability to apply mathematics in real situations;While there is less problem situations which is of mathematization in the mid-term exam.2.PISA testing involves a wide range of content, and concerned more with the field of life closely linked; while the mid-term exam is to pursue the integrity of the content, structure and Mathematics.3.PISA test and Nanjing 2016 is not comprehensive enough to ability classification;4.The mid-term examine has high demand of the basic knowledge, basic skills required and low demand of difficult questions;5.The PISA scoring system is more scientific. while the mid-term exam's scores with randomness.Combined with China's national conditions and the development trend of Mathematics Education,the following recommendations on the needle:put the real and meaningful scene in the questions and teaching ;from the simple knowledge test to the transformation of the core test;reform the examination to the development of the level of examination;set up a scientific scoring system.
