China's rapid economic development,people have been the strong demand for health,according to the fitness big data,it can be seen that the commercial fitness club consumer crowd,women accounted for only 46%,while not equal to men,but it can be seen that there have been more and more women to the business club exercise.And as the construction of national center of Chengdu city,the sports fitness market development potential is huge.In this article,through business fitness club of Chengdu women consumer groups consumption present situation analysis,find out the problems,in order to Chengdu commercial fitness club management and relevant departments to offer reference to the decision-making,to better promote the development and prosperity of Chengdu sports fitness market.This article mainly using the literature material method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics method and the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of randomly selected five commercial fitness club of Chengdu women consumer groups consumption situation were investigated,the commercial fitness club of Chengdu women consumer groups,consumption: the commercial fitness club of Chengdu women consumers age mainly between 20 to 50 years old;Education level is higher;Work is stable;The economy of people with higher income;An annual sports consumption expenditure concentrated in the 3000-10000 Yuan between,consumption level is higher.Most women consumer fitness under two times per week,exercise duration of less than one year.Sports consumption need for material consumption;Mainly is to buy fitness club membership card,fitness wear,fitness equipment and fitness health care products,such as mental consumption needs;Refers to gain satisfaction,a sense of accomplishment in fitness and mental state and form change after motion,etc.Sports fitness consumption motivation is: the pursuit of beauty motives;The motive of thepursuit of health;Social motive;Price advantage motivation;Personal preference motives.The commercial fitness club of Chengdu women consumer groups consumption problems as follows: older women participation is low age structure is too single;The bad influence of social factors increasing;For the commercial fitness club of Chengdu's overall satisfaction is not high;Impulsive consumption become the main fitness club consumer consumption patterns;Number of female consumer groups participate in weekly fitness;Fitness club consumer is given priority to with new members,the lack of sustainability.According to the commercial fitness club of Chengdu women fitness consumption in the main countermeasure of the problem: in view of the female consumer groups of different ages,different management strategies and methods;Reasonable use of new media resources to marketing fitness club;Female consumer groups and fitness club two-way satisfaction evaluation mechanism;Change the sales model introducing experiential service;Establishing incentive mechanism to guide women consumer groups continued fitness;More attention to the old members and offer solution.
