Research On The Current Situation Of Swimming Talent Training In The Second And Third Line Of The Henan Provincial Swimming Management Center

Athletic swimming plays an important role in both the Olympic Games,the Asian Games and the National Games.The success of the athletic achievements directly affects the national or provincial,municipal and regional rankings in the comprehensive games.And a country or province,city,regional athletic performance is good and bad and the number of reserve personnel and training quality is inseparable.Henan Province swimming center since its establishment in 1956,has been to cultivate Henan Province,the reserve for the main purpose of swimming,but the swim results in Henan Province,as well as international competitions have been a blank,since the establishment of Henan Province Swimming Center 60 years,The number of honors received.In 2013,in the national championships in Zhejiang,Shanghai and other provinces won four gold medals.In the same year,transported to the Navy swimming team of Henan athletes Ningze Tao in the National Games won the men's 50 m,100m freestyle two gold medals,rewritten Henan Province in the National Games gold history,in 2015,Kazan World Championships On the men's 100 m freestyle gold medal,creating the Asian players in the short-range project on the best results.Since 2013,Henan Province,the results of the swimming center in the gradual development,but also in recent years have cultivated Ningze Tao,Li Yunqi,Li Yu-sen,Su Ran,Li Yongwei and other batch of high-level swimmers,To the national team and the Navy swimming team for systematic training.In this context,it is necessary to analyze and study the causes of the rise of the swimming center in Henan Province in recent years.Its purpose is as follows:(1)provide the basis for the better development of the reserve center in the future reserve personnel training;For the other provinces,cities and regions to provide some relevant reference,so this study has a certain practical significance.In this paper,the research status of the second and third line swim talents of swimming pool in Henan Province was studied by means of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaires and logical analysis.The swimming coaches of Henan Province were studied by two-Students,athletes parents,swimming center director of the questionnaire survey and interviews,the study draw the following conclusions:(1)the second and third line swim talent diversification of the selection of indicators and ways is the center of the level of competition in the premise;third(2)-line coaches in the basic training(2)The contradiction between the second-line swim talent learning and training is the main reason that restricts the long-term training of the second-line swimmer;(4)The lack of facilities and facilities of the center venues facilities,the old is the training of Henan One of the main difficulties in swimming pool swimming.In view of its research results and the difficulties,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)It is suggested that the second-line swimmer talent culture study should be combined with middle school to solve the contradiction between learning and training of second-line swimmers;(2)actively seek government and social support,increase investment in facilities and equipment Maintenance,improve training conditions;in(3)the basic training stage to "grasp the technology as the core" experience worthy of promotion.
