The Study Of The Influence Of The Difficult Group Sports On The Physical And Mental Development Of Women Aged 8-14

Developing Difficulty-Artistic Event Group is the foundation work in cultivation of sports talents in China and in popularity of sports.The purpose of organically combining comprehensive development of adolescents' sports activities,Difficulty-Artistic Event Group training with adolescents' core competitiveness cultivation is to promote adolescents' physically and mentally healthy growing and to drive Difficulty-Artistic Event Group' development.This paper is made by adopting literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods.Eighty-three professional teachers and coaches of Difficulty-Artistic Event Group are given questionnaire after generalizing and summarizing its characteristics.And basic physical test and psychological projection(HTP)test are carried out for experimental group(150 female participants in Difficulty-Artistic Event Group training)and control group(50 female participants without contacting Difficulty-Artistic Event Group training),and finally,statistics of acquired data is conducted in order to explore how Difficulty-Artistic Event Group training influences females' physical and mental development aging from 8 to 14.Conclusions are as follows through above analysis.1.Difficulty-Artistic Event Group has remarkable optimization effect on females' physical development aging from 8 to 14,and has positive impact on their metal growing.2.Difficulty-Artistic Event Group has conspicuous optimization effect on females' body shape.3.Difficulty-Artistic Event Group has prominent optimization effect in improving comprehensive physical fitness on females by promoting their flexibility,agility,coordination and balance ability.4.Female participants aging from 8 to 14 in Difficulty-Artistic Event Group can relieve their anxiety and depression,and show increasing trend with age.5.Personality development of females aging from 8 to 14 presents dispersed and disordered state,and participating in Difficulty-Artistic Event Group can have noteworthy and resultful stabilization effect on personality development which is beneficial to promote the cultivation of good social healthy personality.
