With the deepening of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the status and role of Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)in economic exchanges among countries are becoming more and more prominent.As an important country for China facing southeast Asian countries,Lao abundant resources and stable social environment attract more and more Chinese enterprises to invest in this.At the same time,the Chinese enterprises investing in Laos directly also provide employment opportunities for Laos local labor,it has played a vital role of solving the local labor employment and improving the employees' income.But when Chinese enterprises really settle to Laos,they find that "hire difficult","lack of knowledge and technology talents" are the primary problem of the enterprise,Chinese enterprises investing in Laos face the problem which cannot find suitable employees,In this process,education mismatch is the main cause of this kind of job does not match,one of which is the China investment enterprise "employment difficult".The improvement of labor productivity is the main measures to promote overseas investment enterprise economic benefits,and the income levels and job satisfaction degree of employees often determines the degree of production efficiency,therefore this article through studies education mismatching China investment enterprise Laos employees to further reflect the influence of China's investment enterprise production efficiency,providing reference for Chinese enterprises in overseas investment.In this paper,from two aspects of labor supply and demand perspective,first of all to understand the local education present situation of and problems existing in the China investment enterprise Laos employee.Secondly,through field research on Chinese enterprises Lao staff questionnaire interview investigation,furthering study on the incidence of Laos mismatching of staff education and causes.Finally,the Verdugo model and the Duncan and Hoffman model were used to analyze the effect of the education on the income effect and job satisfaction of Lao employees in China.Based on the above research and analysis,this paper found that Chinese enterprises staff education of Laos mismatch problem will cause the loss of wages,and estimates of Laos education an average yield of 3.4%,far below the level of developing countries.Manager for the management staff,employees in private enterprises as well as in the enterprise has the on-the-job training employees tend to have relatively high wages,and membership first industry staff salary is much lower than the second and the third industry workers.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the research and the empirical results.
