men's volleyball team highlights lots of problems in the block,defense,counterattack.Chinese team cannot achieve the effective combination of time,rhythm and information,so the comprehensive strength of Chinese men's volleyball team's counterattack needs to be strengthened urgently.The paper makes a comparative analysis into the data of counterattacks in 2015 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship and 2016 World Rio Olympic Qualification for Volleyball by using the method of literature,video analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics.Through the analysis,the paper discusses the strengths and weaknesses of the counterattack of Chinese men's volleyball team and puts forwards rational suggestions and countermeasures to improve the comprehensive strength of Chinese men's volleyball team in allusion to the existing problems in Chinese men's volleyball team.As a result,the paper may provide certain reference for the future drill and match of Chinese men's volleyball team.The research results show:(1)Compared with competitors,the block of Chinese men's volleyball team has certain strength.Chinese men's volleyball team has lots of active blocks,relatively higher ratio of effective blocks and relatively less empty blocks,but its block error rate is also higher than the competitors and its rate for double block and three-man block is low,which has an apparent gap compared with the top three teams of Rio Olympics.In other words,Chinese men's volleyball team has low rate of effective blocks and lots of block errors.(2)The overall defense effect of Chinese men's volleyball team is not good.The proportion that its defense without effective attack accounts for is inferior to its competitors and its defense with effective attack accounts for is also lower than its competitors.Moreover,it is not good for anti-piling and its control on fielding lapse is poor.Its defenders and blockers do not have tacit understanding,so there are too many defense errors.Compared with the top three teams of Olympics tournament,Chinese men's volleyball team has an even more obvious gap.(3)Compared with the competitors,the counterattack effect of Chinese men's volleyball team has certain strength and advantage,for Chinese team's score from the counterattack is higher than its competitors.Moreover,the proportion that the counterattack is stopped is inferior to its competitors.However,Chinese team has relatively more errors in the counterattack;Compared with the top three teams of Olympics tournament,Chinese men's volleyball team does not have counterattack advantage anymore;in the attacking process of organizing counterattack,when anti-piling is not in place,the application of fast attack tactics and fast-break awareness of Chinese men's volleyball team is not as good as its competitors.Chinese team has overreliance on the storm of position 2 and position 4 and its tactics application is relatively single,which loses the feature of "quick-change";in the counterattack,Chinese men's volleyball team has more tactical mismatch than its competitors as a result of various reasons,such as lack of effective information transmission,insufficient tacit understanding,etc.Among them,the tactical mismatch of position 3 ranks the first place.In allusion to the existing problems in the counterattack of Chinese men's volleyball team and in order to further enhance the comprehensive strength and counterattack success rate in the counterattack of Chinese men's volleyball team,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)strengthen the basic technical training.Technique is the basis of tactics.Tactics design is just an armchair strategist without string technique.Therefore,Chinese men's volleyball team should spare no efforts to put focus on improving the relevant techniques,such as block,defense,counterattack,etc.which lays a good foundation for the tactics organization of counterattack;(2)Establish complete "block-defense" system.The block in the front and the defense at the back are closely linked with each other,so they should be regarded as a whole.The establishment of complete "block-defense" system makes block and defense integrate each other and the system should be constantly reinforced in practical training to effectively improve the comprehensive strength of block and defense.(3)Richen the counterattack tactics system of anti-piling to each area.Chinese men's volleyball team should take "9 segments 54 areas" digital information zed concept as the
