Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Legal Spirit

Under the realistic request of our country to push forward the basic strategy of ruling the country according to law,it is the basic prerequisite for promoting the healthy development of college students and the primary guarantee for building a socialist country under the rule of law.Cultivating the university students 'spirit of rule of law is an important systematic project,Only through the four aspects of education,such as school,family,society and self are combined each other,the educational function can be developed well.This paper firstly analyzes the importance of strengthening the cultivation of the students' spirit of the rule of law,through the investigation and studying on College Students' legal education for the college students and the concreted analysis to the spirit of the rule,after the discussion of present situation which college students are lack of spirit of rule of law,suggests that should strength the rule of law based on the spirited cultivating,the school,family and society should be coordinated,the power of the parties that way to cultivate the perfection and innovation of College Students' spirit of the rule of law: to strengthen the study of legal knowledge;cultivate legal thinking mode;to enhance the firm belief of legal belief;to strengthen college students' exploration of law practice,comprehensively and effectively foster the spirit of law,accelerate the construction of the spirit of the rule of law.Through the study of the cultivation of university students' rule of law spirit,this paper provides new countermeasures and ideas for the current college students' rule of law education.Comprehensive legal quality of college students in China has increased,our college students' legal consciousness should be strengthened,so it has important practical significance for strengthening college students.College students can be cultivated the spirit of the rule of law through the main channel of classroom teaching,network teaching,practice teaching and other methods to understand and study the law,college students love the legal practice the teaching activities and teaching scenarios,universities can enhance students' legal thinking and legal ideas through a variety of teaching methods.After years of educational exploration,cultivation of contemporary college students' the spirit of the rule of law has made some great achievements,but we still must be aware of the lack of College Students' legal knowledge.The lack of the spirit of the rule of law still exists.Students' legal belief in desalination,they are still lack of legal thinking,the spirit of the rule of law indifferent.Many college students are lack of legal knowledge,legal knowledge to understand,master,use the low level.College students' legal consciousness,the ability of using the legal rights of the students is not strong,the idea of legal instrumentalism still exists.After discussing the present situation and the university /college students' insufficiency of the spirit of the rule of law,this author suggested that on the basis of strengthening the education of the rule of law,it should perfect and innovate the cultivating way of college students' rule of law.That is to say,we should vigorously strengthen the constitutional,legal and theoretical education,and strengthen the study of the legal knowledge of each department,in the meanwhile,careful &logical thinking is to cultivate the necessary conditions for legal thinking,to strengthen the legal practice of college students operating skills,increase social experience,the accumulation of basic knowledge,enhance the awareness of college students,and enhance the feelings of college students on the value of Recognition,completely abandon the legal instrumentalism,at the same time colleges and universities should enhance the practice of teaching the legal aspects of the university,the establishment of collaborative linkage mechanism and long-term mechanism.Through the above methods,and then comprehensively and effectively promote the process of cultivating the spirit of the rule of law,to speed up the construction of the spirit of the rule of law.At the same time,I hope that through the cultivation of the spirit of the rule of law for college students,for the current undergraduate education of law more in-depth to provide new countermeasures and ideas.
