There is no denying that teaching reflection in us country has gained substantial attention and its popularity has been ascending continually since 1990 s.Whereas what is inconceivably perceived is that the researchers of teaching reflection in our country possess relatively deficient subject background.Compared with other subjects,there is less reflection and research on the subject of high school ideological and political course.High school ideological and political course is not only a subject of intellectual education,but also a course of moral education,which absolutely plays an indispensable part in the courses of high school.High school ideological and political is paramount for high school students to learn Marxist basic theory knowledge,have a mastery of national policies opportunely,cultivate prominent ideological and moral quality,develop rational outlook on world,life and value.Meanwhile,the fact that teaching reflection is ardently crucial to the professional growth of teachers and that it is helpful for teachers' vocational development and students' study to reflect on the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school is indubitable.Consequently,the research primarily dedicates to the teaching reflection of ideological and political teachers in senior high school,promoting the professional development of teachers and boosting the teaching effect.The research drastically lean on the literature analysis method and practical observation to probe the teaching reflection of high school ideological and political teachers.By virtue of the literature analysis method and practical observation and experience,the author has summarized the significance of teaching reflection of high school ideological and political teachers,the problems existing in the procedure of teaching reflection of high school ideological and political teachers as well as the tactics utilized in the problem-solving campaign.Through probing the property and characteristics of high school ideological and political subject,the paper emphasize the significance of teaching reflection in high school ideological and political class teachers from the perspective of the professional development of teachers,which is conductive to refining the teacher's systematic knowledge structure;prompting the vocational capability of teachers;enhancing the teachers' professional identity;accelerating teachers to transform to researchers.By resorting to abundant reading and analyses of ample literature and practical observation in senior high schools,the author has concluded sequences of existing problems of contemporary high school ideological and political education teachers,which can be exemplified by the clarification of the lack of breadth and depth in the content of teaching reflection;the limitation of teaching reflection method;the insufficient power of teaching reflection;the differential levels of teaching reflection.Based the hosts of existing problems of high school ideological and political teachers,the author has set forth the optimization tactics of high school ideological and political teacher's teaching reflections: enhancing the consciousness of teaching reflections;Strengthening the study of theoretical knowledge;comprehensively and profoundly reflecting on the teaching;making comprehensive use of various methods to reflect on.
