Research On The Optimization Of Administrative Management System In Colleges And Universities Of Tibet Autonomous Region

The level of administration in local colleges and universities is an important index to measure the overall development level of universities in a region.Under the background of higher education reform in China,the optimization of regional university administration is an important part of the reform of universities in China and plays an important role in the reform of colleges and universities.Administrative management refers to a process of rational understanding of the law of administrative activities on the basis of the experience of the long-term administrative management,and the process of revealing the administrative phenomenon and inner essential connection.It is of great significance to improve the administrative management level and efficiency of colleges and universities in our country,especially in ethnic areas,and to optimize the administrative system of colleges and universities in our country,which is of great importance to deepening the reform of universities.In this paper,the optimization of the administrative management of colleges and universities in Tibet as the main research object,through the case of the status and optimization of the administrative management of Tibet colleges and universities to make a systematic analysis and analysis,to find out the existing problems and causes of the current administrative management in Tibet University,and put forward solutions to the problems and make related prospects.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose,significance,contents and methods of the study.The second chapter is divided into three parts to define the relevant concepts of this article,and systematically introduce the theoretical basis of this study and the relevant literature at home and abroad.The third chapter,through case analysis,systematically introduces and analyzes the current situation of Tibet's university administration.The fourth chapter mainly expounds and analyzes the problems existing in the optimization of administrative management in Tibet universities and the reasons for their problems.The fifth chapter,from two aspects of this article on the existing problems in the optimization of the administrative management of colleges and universities in Tibet,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and the future of Tibet university administration optimization to make a prospect.The conclusion of the thesis is mainly about the summary of the main points of this article and the possible research directions in the future.Finally,I hope that through this study,we can contribute to the optimization of the administrative management of colleges and universities in Tibet,especially the universities in ethnic areas in the future.
