Since August 23,2012,WeChat officially launched the public platform,relying on thehuge number of WeChat users,strong service function and low application cost,making more and more businesses,enterprises and institutions and universities began to use the WeChat public platform to carry out related services.As an important part of college teaching,university library is the main information culture center in Colleges and universities,and the way of its service is also more diversified in recent years.It is the general trend to use the WeChat public platform to carry out the University Library service.User experience refers to the pure subjective feelings of the user during the use of the product,the scene used,and the functions provided by the product,etc.it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the library WeChat platform service based on the user experience perspective.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories and an overview of the status quo.This includes an overview of the WeChat,WeChat public platform,the WeChat public platform of university libraries,and the user experience,as well as the theoretical foundation related to user experience.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main part of the thesis.Chapter three mainly conducts online survey and analysis of the 33 "two-class" university library micro-channel public platforms studied,and finds problems in the development of college library micro-channel platform.In the fourth chapter,firstly,based on the C-CSI evaluation system and the literature on user experience,the user experience impact indicators are combined to present a model that is suitable for the factors affecting the user experience of the University Library WeChat platform.Secondly,the determination of the final influence index is made through the Delphi method.Finally,according to the determined model,the questionnaire was prepared and distributed,and the results were analyzed.The fifth chapter is the research on the strategy to improve the user experience of the WeChat platform in college libraries.The sixth chapter is the research summary,including the research conclusions,research limitations and research prospects.
