Study On The Current Situation And Suggestions Of Changjis' Leisure Agriculture Development Model

With the great wealth of material life,people's enthusiasm for leisure is growing.Changji surrounded Urumqi,the capital,has a unique geographical advantage,but leisure agriculture,tourism and agriculture,green agriculture remains at a low level of initial stage,the lack of farmers' income growth.Based on sustainable development theory,experience economy theory and agricultural location theory of leisure agriculture development mode Status for problem analysis,object by analyzing the status of Changji leisure agriculture,sum up experience,choose to Changji future development pattern of leisure agriculture and optimized to provide advice to the government decision-making.Based on the previous studies,using typical case analysis method,from Changji five most common leisure agriculture development model elect1-2 typical cases.From seven aspects of construction planning,business philosophy,development characteristics,marketing promotion,financing mechanism,management service level and cultural connotation and so on.The survey found widespread in Changji leisure agriculture five development mode problems including the lack of scientific planning,the development of business philosophy is too old,the characteristic is not distinct,marketing is too simple,lack of financing mechanism,personnel management and service level is not high and the lack of cultural connotation.By finding out the above problems,the ideas and countermeasures of agricultural sustainable development of Changji leisure agriculture development are as follows: rational planning conditions,combining the innovation and the development of the concept and the development of leisure agriculture,leisure agriculture has the characteristics of the building,continue to strengthen agricultural leisure tourism propaganda,the introduction of professional management team and enhance social capital,the management service level,the depth of mining folk cultural connotation.
