Research On Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Achievement Extension In Shaoxing,zhejiang Province

In order to meet the new requirements of agricultural modernization,confront with the new situation of low efficiency of domestic transferring for agricultural science and technology achievements and face with the enormous challenges of international agricultural competition,it is necessary for us to count on scientific and technological innovation as well as agricultural technology extension to improve the transformation and application rate of scientific achievements,which is the development need of speeding up increase peasant income,improve agriculture benefit and countryside prosperity,and also the further development need of promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances.Agricultural technological innovation has a triple benefits in ecological,economic and social,which is the most powerful engine of the sustainable development of agriculture.It is the key point to realize agricultural sustainable development and agricultural modernization smoothly.It is the crux of improving the ability to resist ricks of agriculture,upgrading international agricultural competitiveness and elevating agricultural sustainable development capacity of China.Practices show that agricultural science and technology extension is the link of turning the potential productivity of agricultural science and technology achievements into practical productivity.It is an important part of science and technology supporting on the agricultural production.It also plays a role of lever in scientific and technological innovation promoting the economic growth.At present technological support for agricultural achievement extension in China is still relatively weak.The contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological towards agricultural development is 25 percent.The transformation rate of agricultural scientific and technology achievements is only 30 to 40 percent.Agricultural scientific system and agricultural science and technology extension mechanism in China still has a lot of upside.The problem of how can agricultural science and technology as well as extension service lift our country's rural economic development,so as to promote the extension of agricultural science and technology achievement in the New Normal is still under resolution.Shaoxing city,which located in Zhejiang Province,is one of the most active areas of China's rural economic.Taking the agricultural scientific and technological achievements extension practice in Shaoxing for example,firstly,this paper select three representative cases in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province:nane fruit model of popular science bases in Jinting town,Shengzhou city;Chinese torreya grandis forest park in Fengqiao Town,Zhuji City;industry base of vineyard in Gaibei Town,Shangyu District.Secondly,this paper deeply analyze the current situation,main problems and countermeasures of agricultural achievement extension work in Shaoxing from points to surfaces.Finally,this paper attempts to find out its unfavorable factors and it also provides optimized and reasonable suggestions to refine Shaoxing's agricultural technological extension modes so as to provide reference for the agricultural technological extension work of Zhejiang province and even the whole country,which can bring practical promoting effect insolving“Three Rural Issues”,building harmonious socialist society and constructing new countryside socialism.
