Geo-fencing Based On Video And Its Application

Information diversification,magnifying activities,complex human behavioral activity which are causing by the Socio-economic development has brought about tremendous pressure to the public security,urban management,citizen Services in our country.The large area coverage of video sensor and the development of video content analysis make this problem can be alleviated.It filer unwanted or interference Information,automatic analysis the information and while obtain key information with the help of the powerful computing capability of the computer.This technology achieves not only the goal of using video as a proxy for human eyes,but also gives the ability of analysis to the computer.It is a significant aid on the field of police in the current.But in the meantime,video content analysis has a numbers of problems,it is confined to the method of observation and saving,ignoring the method of monitoring and intelligence.In particular,the currently video content analysis is lack of the aid of geospatial data.And,the inability has been gradually increased facing the demand of complex control and monitoring.Therefore,pushing video content analysis into a high level intelligence is our active demand.The combination of video content analysis and geo-spatial data has already become a research hotspots with the continuous development of computer vision and geographic information science.In the process of exploring the video content analysis which is caring about geospatial data,the Location Based Services(LBS)has been the starting point of this article,particularly the technology of geo-fence.The method of geo-fencing which takes the targets who are in the preset area as service objects fits the technical ideas that video content analysis takes the targets who are in some area as monitor objects.It can fill the short of geospatial data constraint of video content analysis by introducing the technology of geo-fencing.Based on the above research background and significance,this study positioning is the Video Geo-fencing which is the result that combined video content analysis and geo-fence.In this paper,the main research is the concept and principle,the formation of the elements,the key technology of the video geo-fencing.The concept and achievement of this paper research are as follows:1)The basic principle of video geo-fencing.Study on video geo-fencing principle concept,elements,technical characteristics.Defined video geo-fencing,combining with the method of geo-fencing and the analysis manner of video content analysis.Taking the actual needs of the industry as a starting point,the elements of video geo-fence should be consist of the target of fence,the location of fence,the lasting of fence and the rule of fence.We present analysis model according to the needs analysis model basing on the elements of video geo-fencing which is called "3WR" model.And analyzed the technical characteristics of video geo-fencing,which is including bidirectional linkage,passive locating,visual target and service on demand.Construct the rule library of video geo-fencing basing on the industry needs.2)Key technology of geo-fencing.Basing on the theory of video geo-fencing,study on the method of passive locating,the analytic method of elements and the algorithm of the rule for service of video geo-fencing.This paper has accomplished the geo-locating of the target based on the video sensor instead of mobile terminal equipment,moreover extended the information of target locating which is dominated by the visualization of target.This paper achieved several manners for the elements analysis which is include interactive settings,inputting of text message and restricted language analysis.Designed a set of text-based information fenced boundary automatic generation algorithm.Designed underlying algorithms which is guiding by security alert.3)Prototype system of video geo-fencing.Designed and developed this prototype system based on the above research achievement.The system is provide with functional modules of common settings,elements analysis settings,the extracting and locating of targets and security early warning.It can provide early warning of real-time decision for the field of security...
