The dissertation focused the systematic of phototactic groups in Sciaridae from China, includeing 9 genera: Pseudolycoriella,Chaetosciara,Schwenckfeldina,Sciara,Cratyna,Bradysia,Lycoriella,Keilbachia and Camptochaeta. In the taxomomic part,24 species in 9 genera from China are reviewed, includeing 6 new recorded species: P.patronata Rudzinski,2003,P.horribilis Edwards,1931,K.ancylonema Hippa et Vilkamaa,2007,C.spiculosa(Rudzinski,1993),B.hilaris(Winnertz,1867)and B.lapponica(Lengersdorf,1926).The general morphology photos of 24 species are given. In the phylogenetic part, the mitchondrial COI,16 S rRNA and nuclear 28 S rDNA gene of 9 genera from phototactic groups in Sciaridae are amplified and sequenced. The molecular phylogenetic trees are constructed based on COI,16 S rRNA and nuclear 28 S rDNA gene. The phylogenetic relationships between genera are analyzed and the result as followed, genera Schwenckfeldina and Chaetosciara, genera Keilbachia and Camptochaeta are closely related genera. In addition, based on the mitochondrial gene COI sequence and morphology,Lycoriella pleuroti Yang et Zhang,1987 syn.nov.as a new synonym of Lycoriella ingenua(Dufour,1839)and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang,1985 syn.nov.as a new synonym of Bradysia cellarum Frey,1948 are confirmed.
