Eastern Tarim Basin which is located in the eastern part of Tarim Basin,is the next strategic replacement area of oil and gas exploration. But the area experienced multiple phase superposition reconstruction, having complex reservoir distribution. It is badly in need of being carried on the detailed research to depict accumulation process. In this paper, different research methods of fluid inclusions were used to renew the history of hydrocarbon accumulation.Based on researching stages of regional structure, mineral growth sequence, the microscopic and optical characteristics of fluid inclusions, homogenization temperature, composition and formation time of inclusions in Cambrian-Ordovician reservoir of Eastern Tarim Basin, the history of hydrocarbon accumulation of Cambrian-Ordovician reservoir was analyzed. In research area, four types of hydrocarbon inclusions were found, and they exists differences from the east to west. The east of research area(YD 2 well,LX 1 well)developed two stages hydrocarbon inclusions, the ? stage is the hydrocarbon inclusions with yellow fluorescent, the ? stage is the hydrocarbon inclusions with blue, blue and white fluorescent. There are also two stages hydrocarbon inclusions in the west of research area(GC 6 Well,GC 4 Well,TD 2 Well,TD 1 Well),the ? stage is the bitumen inclusions, the ? stage is black, dark gray gaseous hydrocarbon inclusions.According to the fluorescence and infrared spectrum analysis of a single inclusion, and component analysis of group inclusions,it is found that the ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions with yellow fluorescence in the east of research area are correspond to the mature intermediate oil accumulation, and the ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions with blue, blue and white fluorescent are correspond to the high mature light-condensate oil or gas accumulation.Through the trapping temperature and geothermal-burial history analysis, the hydrocarbon accumulation periods of the four stages have been determined. The ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions in east formed during Late Ordovician – Silurian, which representatives accumulation in Late Caledonian period. The ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions in east formed during Paleogene – Neogene, which representatives accumulation in Himalayan period. The ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions in west formed during Late Ordovician – Silurian, which representatives accumulation in Late Caledonian period. The ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions in west formed during Cretaceous-Paleogene period, which representatives accumulation in Yanshanian-Himalayan period.Characteristic of the pool of Cambrian-Ordovician reservoir in the eastern part of the area is different from that of the western part. Both the reservoir source and oil type are all different. The oil and gas representative by the ? stage hydrocarbon inclusions firstly charged in Cambrian-Ordovician of YD2 Well, then migrated upward into Middle-Upper Ordovician and migrated lateral into Ordovician of LX1 Well.
