This study selected Wuyi different altitudes Castanopsis eyrei forest soil(540m,570m,700m,715m,850m,1000m,1200m)as the research object and compared the different altitudes of soil organic carbon content and its influencing factors,also it research different of soil depths of soil organic carbon to find its impact factor.It study the easily oxidized organic carbon and organic carbon factor to find the correlation between them,in order to reach the mountain Castanopsis eyrei forest soil carbon cycle research provide the basic data.The main results are as follows:The Castanopsis as an important parts of eyrei subtropical evergreen broadleaf forest.It is represent the area of SOC research.As the altitude rise,SOC had a clear upward trend,SOC had a trend of 1200m>1000m>850m>715m>700m>570m>540m along with altitude.The correlation coefficient analysis shows:SOC was positively correlated with altitude,SOC and degree showed a significant positive correlation comparison.SOC and total K were also positively correlated,but SOC and total N,total P correlation between general,and between total potassium and not well correlated.With the increase of soil depth,SOC content was significantly reduced.Soil organic carbon content varied from 9.131 g.kg-1?81.041g.kg-1.Such as a 600m(Pi Keng)Castanopsis eyrei SOC have a certain gap in different depths.SOC and total N content increased with increasing soil depth as showed a downward trend.Here is a good correlation between the different layers of eyrei forest SOC and C/N ratio(P<0.05).Vertical distribution of soil organic carbon impact of factors such as altitude and temperature factors factors.The content of the soil surface EOC may reflect the distribution of SOC.The different DBH of Castanopsis eyrei EOC are associated with SOC significantly correlated.SOC(EOC)and the C/N ratio was significantly correlated,SOC(EOC)and KOS,total N ratio was general correlated.SOC(EOC)and PH ratio is negative correlation.SOC(EOC)and coefficient(F),Ratio is the second negative correlation.
