Negative ion source plants can sustained release negative ions efficiently under the stimulation of low frequency and high voltage pulse.However,prolonged or high intensity electric pulse stress can also cause damage to plants.For this reason,the power spectrum estimation and wavelet analysis were used to investigate the changes of the plant electrical signals after the negative high-voltage pulse stimulation in this paper.This paper attempted to reflect the degree of plant stress by the characteristic parameters of plant electrical signals,which can be provided reference for the diagnosis of negative ion source plants.The main results are as follows:(1)A set of plant electrical signal detection device was designed,and the plant electrical signal was collected by the patch electrode.After the wavelet threshold de-noising,the smooth similarity of the plant electrical signal was preserved.(2)After the analysis of the four kinds of plant electrical signals in the frequency domain,it could be found that the plant electrical signal was very weak under normal condition.And it reached mV level after the pulse stress.Therefore,it can be concluded that the electrical signal energy of plant leaf surface increased after the negative high-voltage stimulation.(3)Through the estimation of the power spectrum of the electrical signals of plants with different length and different peak negative pressure,it was found that the characteristic parameters of the power spectrum of the plants showed regular changes.The SEF and SCF had a Synchronization of variation.They can be used as the index of the degree of negative pulse pressure,which could provide a reference for the diagnosis of negative ion source plants.(4)In this paper,the db4 wavelet was used to decompose and reconstruct the 5 layers of the plant electrical signal,and the signal energy characteristics of each frequency band were calculated.The result showed that the characteristics of energy increased or decreased after different stress in the experiment.Thus,the energy eigenvalue can be used as an indicator of negative ion source plants under pulse stress.
