In recent years,GIS technology has been applied in various industries in social life,and plays a more and more important role.At the same time,with the explosive growth of information and the arrival of large data age,the traditional two-dimensional geographic information system can not satisfy people.Information in many ways,multi-level,multi-dimensional needs.The research of 3D geographic information system is imminent.Although the three-dimensional geographic information technology has developed in recent years,the three-dimensional geographic information system has long stayed in the client plug-in mode,and the large number of isolated three-dimensional data formats can not exchange data,and three-dimensional data sharing restrict the development of three-dimensional geographic information technology.With the development of 3D GIS theory and computer communication technology,computer network technology,computer graphics and other technologies to solve the difficulties faced by the current three-dimensional geographic information system to provide a new problem-solving ideas.Based on the original three-dimensional geographic information system,this paper points out the significance of the three-dimensional geographic information network service,summarizes the existing three-dimensional geographic information platform both at home and abroad,analyzes the main problems of the current three-dimensional geographic information system,introduces the WebGL 3D visualization technology The concept and the working principle,put forward the use of WebGL technology to solve the current majority of the client need to install plug-ins,and can not achieve a variety of different hardware devices running on the same time;compared to a variety of WebGL-based front-end framework features,To solve the problem that WebGL is not convenient to apply directly to 3D geographic data,and to introduce the composition and working principle of Cesium in detail.In order to realize the sharing of 3D geographic data,we study the Internet publishing of 3D data and explore 3D visualization service.This paper analyzes the internal structure of glTF three-dimensional data format and 3DTiles slicing technology to solve the problem of speed limitation and rendering efficiency of large-scale 3D model data in Internet publishing process.At the end of the article,after solving the problem of various 3D geographic data visualization services,we construct a three-dimensional geographic information platform,verify the principles of the previous chapters,and add the relevant three-dimensional spatial analysis function to form a relatively complete geographic information system.
