Research On Biosafety And Intelligence Analysis Based On Multilayer Heterogeneous Complex Networks

Biosafety is becoming a huge threat to mankind.Intel igence analysis in the field of biosafety can improve the ability of biosafety and an important means for policymakers to respond to biosafety threats.At present,there are relevant literatures on biosafety intelligence,but there are few researches on the intelligence analysis of biosafety based on complex networks,and lack of support for effective visuali za t io n platform.Around these issues,the specific work of this paper is as follows:First of al,we define the relevant operators in the field of biosafety intellige nce analysis,conduct domain analysis of biosafety based on object,behavior,event,mult ilayered heterogeneous complex network to describe the elements of biosafety intelligence analysis.Based on the TF-IDF method,the researchers' hotspots in the field of biosafety and their evolution are analyzed.Secondly,Based on the open source data set of biological journals,the cooperative network of researchers is constructed,including the degree distribution,k-core distribution,CDF distribution and maximal connected graphs,Analyze the biosafety field from the perspective of statistical analysis of complex network characteristics.Finally,Design and implement a biosafety intelligence analysis platform.Includes the role model,interface,interface and so on of the platform,and takes the open source dataset as an example to show the core function of the platform,including how to build the biological hacker network using the biological hacker open source data set and adopt the CDNMF algorithm to the biological hacker network In the key object to identify,demonstrate the biosafety intelligence analysis of the complete process.This paper mainly studies the biosafety intelligence analysis under the multi-la yer heterogeneous complex network,carries on the domain analysis to the biosafety and puts the related operator;analyzes the biological characteristics of the biology safety journal based on the open source data set of the biosafety field;And to achieve the field of biosafety intel igence analysis platform to verify the proposed theory and platform for the feasibility of intel igence analysis.
