Oxygen is one of the essential elements of the metabolic activity of almost all life on earth,and it can maintain the normal development and growth of the body.Hypoxia can cause physiological hypoxia in tissues and even organs.In nature,certain organisms are in a low-oxygen environment for a long period of time,which will drive organisms to undergo adaptive evolution,making their behavioral patterns and physiological functions significantly different from those of normoxia.After continuous evolution,subterranean rodents have been well-behaved and physiologically adapted to the hypoxic environment of the tunnel system.Lasiopodomys mandarinus is a subterranean mouse that lives in underground closed dark tunnel systems and is exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as hypoxia and high carbon dioxide.In this thesis,the Mandarin voles and Brandt's vole were used as the research object to simulate the acute hypoxic environment in the indoor oxygen chamber.The aim of this study is to investigate the hypoxic adaptation of the mandarin vole to behavioral problems and to provide some references for hypoxia adaptation studies in underground mice and to deepen the understanding and understanding of hypoxia adaptation in the ground rats.1.Personal comparison of mandarin voles and Brandt's vole: 1)The distribution of individualized scores of the two mice showed a normal distribution,and the proportions of extreme types such as shyness and boldness were low;2)There were gender differences in the individualized scores of the two rats,and the males were biased high;3)Personality score of the Mandarin vole was significantly higher than that of the Brandt's vole(P<0.05);4)The Smart 3.0 software can be used to classify the individualized characteristics of rodents,and the personal characteristics are stable,which is consistent with the results of the behavioral method determination.2.The effects of acute hypoxia on the behavior of Mandarin voles and Brandt's vole: 1)The resting behavior of Mandarin vole and Brandt's vole gradually increases with the decrease of oxygen concentration,and the pattern and amplitude of change are consistent;2)The modification behavior of Mandarin vole and Brandt's vole varied significantly among species(P<0.05);3)The patterns of locomotion,leaning,and escape behavior were consistent with the rest but in the opposite direction;4)Male individuals would more oxygen consumption,and the consistency between species and gender is high.3.Effects of acute hypoxia and gender combinations on social behaviors of Mandarin voles and Brandt's voles: 1)Mandarin voles male-female had the least aggressive and defensive behavior under normoxic and 15% oxygen concentrations,while Brandt's vole was 15% oxygen.At the concentration,the male and female group was the least;2)The male-male had the most social behaviors.The Mandarin voles female-males had more social behaviors than the Brandt's voles.3)The male Mandarin voles non-social behavior decreased the frequency of their behaviors as the oxygen concentration decreased.Higher than that of Brandt's vole;4)The female-male had the highest intimate behavior and was higher than that of Brandt's vole at any oxygen concentration.4.The influence of familiarity on social behaviors of Mandarin voles and Brandt's vole: 1)The social behavior patterns of familiar and unfamiliar mandarin voles and Brandt's vole differ significantly(P<0.0001);2)Familiarity with individual social behavior is significantly lower than unfamiliarity individuals(P<0.0001);3)Familiar with social relationships,individuals of the Mandarin vole have low frequency of behavior,are sensitive to environmental hypoxia,and can adjust social behavior in a timely manner;but Brandt's voles are relatively dull,and reflect the social species social behavior characteristics;4)Among the unfamiliar social relationships,the behavior of the Mandarin vole and the Brandt's vole are relatively high,reflecting the behavioral characteristics in the construction of social relations;the oxygen consumption behavior decreases with the decrease of the ambient oxygen concentration,reflecting the oxygen stress on animals.The influence of social relationship construction.5.The influence of personalization on the social behaviors of Mandarin voles and Brandt's vole: 1)The social behavior patterns of the discreet Mandarin vole and Brandt's vole have significant differences(P<0.0001);2)The behaviour of male voles is between male and female.Dominance is related to individuation;behavioral patterns among spouses are regulated by environmental oxygen levels,and responses are different in different personalization combinations;3)Behaviors between spouses of Brandt's vole are dominated by females,and the environmental oxygen content only reduces the frequency of behavior and does not change the behavior pattern..In summary,the main conclusions: 1)The personalities of Mandarin vole and Brandt's vole are normally distributed and are close to each other;2)In the individual behavior,the behavioral response patterns of environmental responses to environmental hypoxia are the same in Mandarin vole and Brandt's vole,and the oxygen consumption is decreased with the decrease of ambient oxygen concentration.The frequency of reduction;mode of modification behavior is different,may be related to underground volcanic life of Mandarin voles;3)In social behavior,Mandarin voles are more sensitive to environmental hypoxia,Brandt's vole is relatively slow,oxygen consumption behavior with ambient oxygen.The concentration decreased and decreased;4)The behavior of the male voles was between the male and the female of the Brandt's voles,and the hypoxic response was different between the individualized combinations.
