As a common infrastructure of seaport structures,concrete construction has many excellent characteristics,such as impact resistance,easy pouring and attractive price.But it's also faced with changeable corrosion environment.The continuous contact with seawater the long time chloride corrosion for concrete.Therefore,it is necessary to detect the components regularly and evaluate the corrosion state of structures,which is conducive to maintenance work and ensuring the safety of seaports.When we detect the corrosion of seaport structures,any damage can lead to the invasion of seawater.Therefore,lossless method is the first choice to explore the internal corrosion status of structures.Because of the relatively simple operation,half cell potential method has been widely applied in engineering.However,the test result of this method is lack of theoretical verification,and its evaluation standard basically depends on practical experience.This article mainly analyzed the durability of concrete components in the seaport,which is based on chloride ion erosion.The main contents are as follows:1.The durability of concrete components of the coal wharf in Rizhao port is tested and the detection result is evaluated according to the standard.2.According to the corrosion principle of chloride ion to concrete and the present research status at home and abroad,the chloride diffusion model is reestablished in combination with the actual situation of the project.3.According to the test data and the reestablished chloride diffusion model,the theoretical corrosion probability of reinforced bar is calculated,and the results are compared with those obtained by half cell potential method.4.According to the new chloride diffusion model,the service life prediction equation based on steel corrosion of seaport concrete members is established and the remaining service life of Rizhao Port coal terminal is forecasted.Possible reasons for t difference of the estimated result of each berth is analyzed.The test and analysis of this paper can make a scientific evaluation of the durability status of the coal wharf in Rizhao Port and the reliability of half cell potential method to detect the corrosion of steel bars.The life prediction equation can provide a good reference for the life prediction of other seaport projects.The final prediction results can provide an effective reference for the use and maintenance plan of the port components.
