Forward Modeling And Analysis Of Oil And Gas Reservoir AVO

AVO analysis is one of the favorable means to identify lithology and oil and gas in seismic records,and AVO forward modeling is the most critical part of the whole AVO analysis.Through reading a large number of AVO literature and related information,the author systematically describes the Zoeppritz equation and the approximate equation for the AVO forward modeling.Around the AVO characteristics analysis and the forward modeling of the theoretical model,the AVO forward response characteristics of the sandstone oil and gas reservoir and the shale oil and gas reservoir are discussed,and the thin layer of the thin layer is discussed.The AVO features are applied in the sandstone reservoir area and the Jiao Shi dam area,and the AVO attribute profiles obtained by the AVO forward modeling and statistical analysis of a large number of models are obtained,and some views are provided to distinguish the oil-bearing sandstone and shale reservoirs.It is hoped that some help can be provided for seismic inversion.(1)combining with the existing well data,the geological model of 36 oil-bearing reservoirs is established by AVO forward modeling,and the characteristics of the AVO attribute of the model are analyzed in detail,and the AVO forward simulation of oil and gas reservoir has a more profound understanding.For the oil and gas sandstone reservoir,the P*G attribute section,the P+G attribute section and the P-G attribute profile,the uncertainty of the P*G attribute section is very large,and the latter two attributes should be taken into consideration.But for the gas shale,the uncertainty of the P+G attribute section is larger.It is hoped that it can provide reliable basis for subsequent inversion.It can effectively reduce the errors in the inversion process and contribute a little to the effective exploitation of oil and gas.(2)In most cases the common point of the gas shale reservoir and gas bearing sandstone reservoir on the AVO attribute section is that the values of the Poisson's ratio section and the shear wave reflection coefficient profile are the well logging data of the opposite sandstone and shale reservoir.
