Formation pressure prediction is an important part of drilling geological design,as well as reasonable casing program,the density of drilling fluid and cementing completion program to provide the reference and basis,is the basis of ensuring safety,high quality drilling,at the same time,to find oil and gas reservoirs is of great significance.In this article,through analysis and research on the forming mechanism of abnormal formation pressure,according to the principle of formation pressure prediction theory and method of Eaton,aiming at parameter in this method Eaton value of index in different regions,the statistics in each block of daqing exploration area of formation pore pressure,on the basis of the measured point data of each block of formation pore pressure area comprehensive analysis,the calculation of formation pore pressure the selection of the selection and calculation method of parameters and their mutual relations,summarizes the Eaton method to calculate formation pore pressure in the experience of application of daqing exploration area,according to the formula of Eaton method,The relationship between determination of Normal value and Normal compaction trend line is described.Drillworks on this basis,to solve the application software of Eaton index parameters such as the choice of problems,set up by the single well to Eaton area index optimization analysis method,and related software to block Eaton index optimization.The practice shows that this method has achieved good application effect and has strong practicability for exploration.
