Nowadays,with the arrival of the era of big data,despite having a huge amount of data,the extraction of traffic and road data information is very complicated.Processing and analysis of spatio-temporal data is difficult to obtain effective results with some traditional expression and analysis methods,resulting there are some problems in the construction and development in traffic,and even hinder the development of urban economy and other undertakings.In this context,this paper combines spatio-temporal geography analysis and GIS system development to study the acquisition,processing,analysis,and visual design of traffic-time spatio-temporal data.Visual spatio-temporal cube model of traffic data was established and the model was analyzed for spatio-temporal hotspots.And based on the real-time traffic data B/S architecture to study this system.This paper focuses on the following three aspects of analysis and discussion.1)A spatial-temporal cube model of traffic conditions is created based on the theory and method of spatio-temporal cubes,and the spatio-temporal hotspot analysis is performed on the model.2)Taking the urban area of Dalian as an example to create a spatial-temporal cube for traffic conditions in Dalian,a quantitative analysis of the traffic conditions of Dalian's urban areas over time is conducted through spatial-temporal hotspot analysis to explore the causes of traffic congestion and to obtain effective conclusions.3)WebGIS system development: The database uses Alibaba Cloud RDS database,and uses Java language,GaoDe API,ECharts,Bootstrap and other related technologies and software to implement information query function,spatio-temporal analysis function and congestion analysis function.To sum up,the cube model of traffic spatio-temporal data established in this paper and the methods and techniques of spatio-temporal hotspot analysis have certain theoretical value and application value.The analysis results of the traffic characteristics realized by the system can provide reference for relevant departments and are beneficial to relevant departments to make decisions based on professional analysis.
