In recent years,various kinds of natural disasters and emergencies have been frequent.Mapping geographic information has an indispensable and important role in emergency response and disaster prevention and mitigation.It is a scientific tool and basic data to understand disaster,command decision-making,rescue and disaster relief,and respond to emergencies.By starting the emergency plan of Surveying and mapping emergency guarantee in time,carrying out the existing information supply,system updating,statistical analysis and distribution service of geographic information,to realize the change of surface cover,ecological environment and so on in time,and to predict the purpose of early warning information,it is the practical consensus of emergency surveying and mapping support at home and abroad.Although geographic information technology plays a more and more important role in emergency support,the rapid response ability of the existing mapping data processing system is not strong in the emergency surveying and mapping data processing system,and it does not support the multi-mode emergency task.Time is life,efficiency and quality are the outstanding characteristics of emergency surveying and mapping,emergency surveying and mapping are not efficient,the rescue time is missed,and the high quality results are also of no value.Strengthening the construction of emergency surveying and mapping capabilities and improving the capability of emergency surveying and mapping service support is the urgent demand of the times.Emergency mapping task is a complex process involving data production and analysis in disaster areas.This paper focuses on the processing and analysis of geographic information data in emergency surveying and mapping,and studies how to analyze and deal with emergency surveying and mapping geographic information data quickly and promptly,so as to improve the response efficiency of emergency surveying and mapping,and provide accurate and detailed geographicalinformation support for national emergency decision.In order to realize the rapid and timely analysis and processing of emergency mapping geographic information data,the integrated modeling of different models is often needed.This paper designs and constructs an integrated modeling framework for emergency geographic information in response to the spatial analysis task in emergency surveying and mapping,and makes a thorough study of the spatial information service combination mechanism on the emergency surveying and mapping,and constructs a computable emergency mapping case.The case driven emergency service combination technology is automatic analysis and processing of emergency surveying data in the form of service chain,and the model coupling verification is carried out to its combination scheme to realize the rapid and stable implementation of emergency surveying and mapping analysis task.Based on the emergency geographic information integration modeling framework and case driven emergency service combination technology,the thesis designs and develops an integrated modeling framework system prototype.It is proved by an emergency analysis case of the hazardous chemical leakage accident in Ji'nan chemical plant that the space integrated modeling framework facing emergency surveying and mapping can efficiently carry out emergency space under the drive of the computable emergency surveying case base.Information service composition.The main productions of the dissertation contain:(1)The framework of integrated modeling of emergency geographic information is proposed.This framework is the foundation for the realization of the space information service combination for emergency surveying and mapping.The framework is designed from the computing resource layer,data resource layer,model framework layer and application demonstration layer on the four logical framework level to realize rapid processing of emergency surveying and mapping data.(2)In-depth study of the spatial information service composition mechanism: the key link of the space information service combination is deeply discussed,and the service composition method suitable for the framework of the emergency geographic information integration modeling is put forward.(3)The case technology of computable emergency surveying and mapping is proposed.By analyzing the existing case expression methods and combining with the service composition technology,the emergency mapping cases are decomposed into four parts of case metadata,service nodes,business logic and spatial data sets,and the emergency service combination is assisted by historical similar cases.(4)The case driven emergency service combination technology is proposed,which combines the computable emergency mapping case with the emergency service combination technology effectively,and adopts the workflow technology to realize the auxiliary service composition of the emergency surveying and mapping case,and improve the efficiency of the integrated modeling.(5)The prototype of the emergency geographic information integration modeling framework system is designed and implemented.Based on the emergency geographic information and emergency mapping case base,the emergency service combination technology based on case driven is used to realize the prototype of the emergency geographic information integration modeling framework system.
