The occurrence of earthquakes is often closely related to active faults in the modern tectonic environment. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, social wealth has been concentrated in cities, which has triggered a new round of basic research on earthquake prevention and mitigation. It is of great significance to investigate the distribution of faults and the occurrence of faults.Diverse solution is common geological information, rely on the traditional single data source method cannot fully reflect the activities of the fault clearly microrelief details, people pay more and more attention to comprehensive interpretation activity fault using multi-source remote sensing information. So that we can make full use of the advantages of various data sources, multiple perspectives multi-level research problems of active fault, overcome the one-sidedness,caused by a single data interpretation to obtain some conventional methods can not get useful information.Especially in the quaternary coverage area, geophysical methods such as gravity exploration can be used to identify hidden faults and to comprehensively analyze the deep information of active faults. The main achievements of this paper include:(1)The workflow of multi-source remote sensing data processing is analyzed and analyzed.First, all kinds of geosciences and remote sensing data are uniformly corrected and compared in the same coordinate system. Then use the false color composite, histogram stretching ratio, image fusion, principal component analysis, processing and 3 d display image enhancement processing,on the remote sensing images highlight all kinds of information of fault activity.(2)To make full use of the unique space and spectral information of remote sensing images, and establish the active fault remote sensing interpretation signs of active fault occurrence, spatial distribution and transition relationship:(3)Using multi-source remote sensing data,a total of 10 kinds of fault zones were interpreted in the southern region of Tibet.A total of 20 kinds of fault zones were interpreted in zhenjiang region of jiangsu province by combining multi-source remote sensing data and buge abnormal gravity data.(4)According to the interpretation results, kinematics analysis was carried out on a fault depression basin in shannan region of Tibet.
