In general,large-scale earthquakes are caused by deformation,accumulation,and release of stress caused by deformation of underground rock layers.Minor vibration often occurs during long-term changes in underground stress.Therefore,microseismic monitoring technology is used to monitor subsurface microvibrations.The long-term accumulation of microseismic monitoring data reflects the long-term underground stress changes and has positive significance for the prediction of future large-scale earthquake disasters.The research of microseismic monitoring technology in China started late and the technology level is relatively backward.At present,most of the monitoring equipment used in China is imported from abroad.However,foreign monitoring and acquisition equipment is expensive and not universal,and is not suitable for large-scale laying.To solve these problems,this paper designs a set of multi-channel seismic microseismic signal acquisition system based on STM32.The hardware modules of the microseismic signal acquisition system are mainly divided into two parts: the front-end acquisition module and the main control module.The first stage acquisition module is composed of seismic exploration kits CS3301,CS5372 and CS5376.The signals collected by seismometers are programmed and amplified by the CS3301 chip.The amplified signal is converted into a digital stream by the CS5372 chip.The digital stream is then filtered and extracted by the CS5376 chip,and 24-bit data is output to the microprocessor.The main control module is composed of a microprocessor and its peripheral circuits.The microprocessor selects the STM32F429 chip and is responsible for the collection,storage,and transmission of waveform data.Peripheral circuits include SD card storage circuits,clock circuits,power supply circuits,and Ethernet communication circuits.The core of the software development work of the microseismic signal acquisition system is the initial configuration of the CS5376 and the design of the STM32 data acquisition and transmission program.The purpose of the initial configuration of the CS5376 is to allow the system operating parameters to be changed in real time according to different actual field needs.In addition,SD card storage module and Ethernet communication module software development are also needed.The purpose is to enable the STM32 processor to save signal data and send signals to the upper computer for processing and analysis in real time.Finally,the system was built and tested.Firstly,the waveform generator is used to verify whether the system can accurately collect signals of different frequencies.Then the system collects and records the signal data picked up by the seismometer.Finally,the collected data is processed and analyzed.The results show that the system is highly stable and the data collected is accurate and reliable.
