With the development of road engineering in our country,the requirements of road quality inspection technology are getting higher and higher.As a kind of efficient and fast non-destructive testing method,the Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)has been widely used in road inspection engineering by its unique advantages.GPR can carry on the continuous scanning detection to the road,the test result intuitively.However,due to the lack of relevant research,testing specifications and operational processes lag,hinder the use of GPR in road quality testing applications.Based on the above problems and considering the research on the radar map and radar map automatic identification technology,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the theory of Maxwell's electromagnetic wave propagation and the relative permittivity of matter,based on the working principle of GPR,the paper discusses the characteristics and laws of theoretical defects in road radar.(2)Research on the Model of Internal Defects in Geological Radar Detection.Paving the asphalt concrete pavement and cement concrete pavement two different road materials test road.For the road engineering often exposed to the quality problems such as:inter-layer void,the material is not dense,reverse cracks,grass-roots honeycomb,local water-rich,freeze-thaw phenomenon and other quality problems and various municipal pipelines,according to the design parameters of the defect model in the structural layer of the test road.Using RIS-K2-type geological radar for testing.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the radar map,the effects of pavement materials,road age and parameter setting on the detection results were studied.Based on the analysis of the standard map,the image characteristics and laws of various road defects are calibrated.(4)Development of Automatic Defective Image Recognition Technology in radar map.The Gabor function is used to analyze the feature of the radar map,and the defect image is extracted.The discrete cosine transform is used to extract the discrete cosine transform coefficients from the initial marker map,and the false positive defect image in the preliminary mark is eliminated.Based on the principle of road radar detection,the paper analyzes the propagation law of electromagnetic waves in the road structure layer,and obtains the theoretical image characteristics of road defects in radar map.Through the model test,the standard radar map of typical road defects is collected,and the characteristics and laws of various road defect images are analyzed,which is helpful to guide the calibration of the map in the actual radar detection results.The Gabor function and the discrete cosine transform are used to realize the automatic marking of the defect image in the radar map,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the later pattern recognition.The whole process of research improves the standard of the operational process,the accuracy of the radar map calibration and the efficiency of defect recognition in the radar road municipal road detection.
