Four pathogens bacteria were isolated from the locust-infested(dead)locusts(Locusta migratoria mani lensis)in two locust farms(Klebsiella pneumonia subsp.pneumoniae,Citrobacter freundii,Pantoea agglomerans and Serratia marcescens)and studied the main biological characteristics. It mainly included morphological characteristics, biochemical characteristics, phylogenetics, etiological significance, drug susceptibility testing, drug resistance analysis and so on.The results showed that Klebsiella pneumonia subsp.pneumoniae,Citrobacter freundii,Pantoea agglomerans and Serratia marcescens species all had the basic biological characteristics and phylogeny of each strain feature.Through the regression test of healthy locusts and judged the pathogenic significance by " Koch's postulates ",the isolated strain had the corresponding pathogenic effect and it was the primary pathogenic bacterium that constituted the natural morbidity or death of locusts.Drug sensitive test analysis was performed on the four test strains. The results showed that Klebsiella pneumonia subsp.pneumoniae was mainly resistance to ?-lactams antibiotics, tetracyclines antibiotics and sulfonamides antibiotics;Citrobacter freundii was mainly resistance to ?-lactams antibiotics and sulfonamides antibiotics;Pantoea agglomerans was mainly resistance to ?-lactams antibiotics, tetracyclines antibiotics and sulfonamides antibiotics;Serratia marcescens was mainly resistance to ?-lactams antibiotics.Resistance gene analysis was performed on the four tested strains, which showed that the drug resistance assay was consistent with the above-mentioned drug sensitivity test results. This study showed that the four wild strains from the breeding locusts had their typical biological, phylogenetic characteristics and all had certain pathogenicity to cultured locusts, which constituted the farming locust(Locusta migratoria mani lensis)primary pathogens bacteria. The drug sensitivity test and drug resistance gene detection analysis identified the sensitive drugs of the tested strains, which had guidied significance for the prevention and control of bacteriological diseases of aphid culture. These not only enriched the biological traits of four pathogens bacteria, but also provided reference data for the inspection and further study of the four pathogenic bacteria. On the other hand,in view of its edible and medicinal functions,it could prevent the spread of food-borne diseases and the transmission of food-borne drug resistance.
