Complex geological conditions for foundation design and foundation treatment brings great difficulty,the main building structure of residential buildings have a greater impact on security,therefore,foundation treatment,the main building of settlement observation and scientific prediction of building quality,building body safety appears Particularly important.Faced with such complex geological conditions,this paper studies the geological conditions from the aspects of theoretical feasibility,technology and engineering practice in the construction of the foundation in the coastal areas.Through the finite element simulation analysis of the influence of the bearing capacity of the cave foundation,The reasonable and safe foundation treatment method is selected.The settlement theory and the application of the gray theory system in the course of construction can be used to predict the safety of the project.In this paper,Dalian Coastal East Area A project as the background,the first to identify the construction site of the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions,the stability of the site,suitability and foundation bearing capacity to make geotechnical evaluation for the foundation and foundation design and Construction to provide specific information,analysis and demonstration of foundation and foundation program for the foundation design and construction of geotechnical engineering materials.Then through the research on the treatment of soft soil foundation in the field area and the physical and mechanical analysis of the geotechnical and geotechnical mechanics of the backfill and silt in the field area,the method of dynamic compaction and dynamic compaction replacement for the foundation is determined,Site test,and the test data and pre-ramming contrast analysis to test the effect of dynamic compaction to determine the access to the construction of the dynamic compaction parameters.Based on these parameters,the construction scheme of mechanical cast-in-situ piles and CFG piles is determined and optimized according to the parameters to carry out pile foundation construction.In addition,through the analysis and study of the soil constitutive model and the soil constitutive model,the constitutive model of the soil material is decided by the simplified Mohr-Coulomb model,namely the DP model,in combination with the characteristics of the pile-based materials and soil materials..After the finite element model was established,the finite element model was used to simulate the cave in different position and size,and the pile foundation settlement and pile stress were analyzed.It is concluded that the cave has a great influence on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation.The horizontal direction of the cave determines the bearing capacity of the pile.The stress concentration of the pile can be improved by changing the diameter of the pile.Pile foundation treatment can reduce the effective length of piles,optimize the length of the pile design,reduce the amount of engineering,cost savings.Through the above technical measures,after the foundation treatment of the construction scheme,the settlement of the building is observed in the construction process,and the settlement of the foundation is predicted by using the gray system theory to predict the ground settlement,The feasibility of the pile foundation treatment scheme and the accuracy of the gray theory to forecast the settlement of the building.
