Precipitation is an important meteorological factor affecting the ecological hydrology and regional climate.Precise estimation of rainfall is the basis of quantitative hydrological analysis,and plays an important role in artificial weather,satellite remote sensing detection and industrial and agricultural production applications.Traditional raindrop spectral feature data detection methods have many disadvantages such as greater subjectivity,long detection time,and low detection efficiency.This paper studies the problem of inversion of rainfall intensity based on raindrop spectrum,and uses a combination of camera image acquisition technology and image processing technology to measure rainfall intensity.The computer image processing system is used to analyze the collected raindrop images,extract the microscopic characteristics of raindrop particles,and perform relevant calculations and statistics on the measurement results.In image preprocessing,image enhancement and image filtering are used to improve the sharpness of the image and remove the noise contained in the image.For the irregularity of the hollow particles and particle edges in the raindrop spectrum image,a combination of morphological reconstruction and area filling is proposed.Algorithm,and use iterative maximum entropy method to improve particle edge quality,achieve target particle identification and segmentation;study overlapping raindrop segmentation problem,use matching method to determine pits to segment overlapping raindrop particles;on this basis,use two parameters The average method is used to analyze the raindrop spectrum distribution,and the average rainfall intensity is derived from the two-parameter average method inversion formula.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:In the image preprocessing method,according to the characteristics of image noise,the field average method is used to filter the raindrop image with optical pollution,and the optoelectronic noise in the raindrop background is removed;for the non-uniform illumination phenomenon in the image,the Laplacian method is used to image the image.Sharpening is performed to enhance the edge characteristics of raindrop particles,and the sharpness of raindrop image target is improved.The iterated maximum entropy method is used to segment the preprocessed raindrop image to obtain target raindrop particles.For the collected images of raindrops,there are particles overlapping.Based on the overlapped raindrops,there are obvious grayscale gradients in the grayscale values of overlapping pixels.Therefore,this paper proposes a concave curvature matching and segmentation method based on approximate curvature.The main steps are:The contour boundary line of overlapping particles is obtained;the concave point with a negative curvature in the boundary is searched by the approximate curvature method:matching the corresponding pits,the separating line is used to separate the overlapped or glued raindrop particles by the straight line generation algorithm,and the rain strength measurement accuracy is improved.According to the characteristics of raindrop distribution,a rain intensity measurement based on the size of raindrops was proposed.According to the relationship between the plane diameter of the raindrop and the three-dimensional diameter,the value of the equal volume of the raindrop is obtained,and the diameter of the raindrop is divided.The distribution of the raindrop is different in each subrange,so take the distribution of the raindrop within the subrange range.The average value was used as a measure of the diameter of raindrops within the range of their bins.The raindrop spectrum was analyzed using the two-parameter average method to measure the rainfall intensity.The experimental results show that the use of a combination of optical imaging and digital image processing techniques instead of manual processing of raindrop spectrum images can quickly,accurately and efficiently realize the statistics of raindrop diameter and the projection of rainfall intensity,and the calculated rainfall will be calculated.The strength is compared with the artificial rain gauge cylinder and it is concluded that the method used in this paper has a high detection rate.
