With the rapid development of marine economy,marine meteorology becomes more and more important.The marine environment is complex,and there are many kinds of the marine meteorological data acquisition equipments.The data obtained are various and cannot be unified.Although preliminary standardization has been made for meteorological observation elements in early stage,the difficulty of comprehensive utilization of data is still large.We need to further improve the data system and establish a more efficient data service mode.In addition,the maritime boundary is vague and user types are varied,leading to less targeted meteorological services.We need to improve the marine meteorological services' refinement.The sea area of our country is wide,the marine economy and scientific research of coastal cities are increasing gradually.The combination of GIS and network technology has been applied to the field of meteorology.However,how to better realize the fusion and expression of data,how to make full use of the GIS's spatial data processing capacity and discover the space-time rule of marine meteorological elements still need to be perfected in practice.The Qingdao ocean meteorological information service early warning platform developed in this paper is supported by WebGIS technology.Based on the current marine meteorological data system specification and the characteristics of Qingdao meteorological data,it has been applied in many aspects,such as multi source meteorological information processing,analysis,integration and publication.On the basis of the production andpublication of the thematic maps of the seven marine functional areas in Qingdao,the early-warning level has been classified according to the sensitivity of the meteorological elements.By calling the automatic station data of the standard format,the display of actual situation and historical backtracking of wind,rainfall,relative humidity,visibility and other meteorological elements are realized.Through comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different interpolation algorithms,coupled with the coastline and elevation information of Qingdao,the temperature interpolation estimation of any location around the meteorological station is realized.The ship scheduling command can be realized through the dynamic visualization of the location and attribute information of the offshore ships and the meteorological elements such as visibility.The analytic processing of radar echo data has realized the multi-layer visualization of radar data,and combined with the change of air convection,it can carry out early warning and forecast of strong convective weather.With the help of the latest Internet technology and geographic information system technology,the platform has realized the release and early warning of meteorological information in Qingdao and its surrounding sea area,thus providing an instant marine meteorological information comprehensive service for various sea related enterprises and departments of Qingdao,with a very significant application prospect.
