At the end of 2015,the State Council approved the establishment of Harbin New Area,including some areas of Songbei,Hulan and part of Pingfang,with a planned area of 493km~2.As the only new state-level area with the theme of cooperation with Russia,it will play an important supporting role in contributing to pursuing the Belt and Road Initiative,expanding the development and cooperation of Northeast Asia,promoting economic development in Heilongjiang province and comprehensive revitalization of northeast region.Depending on“Harbin new area overall plan”,the economic,ecological and cultural construction planning is in full swing,but the local geological data can not meet the needs of the sustainable development of district planning and construction,if not followed by the law of geological environment,New area planning and construction will induce plenty of geological environment problems,severely limit development of all aspects in this area.This paper depending on a project called Comprehensive Survey of Harbin new area geological environment,based on full use of the current available geological data,the Harbin New District hydrogeology condition,groundwater resources,soil environmental quality status of industrial areas,use the theory and method of environmental geology,hydrology geology,city ecology,mainly focus on investigation of geological environment conditions related to city development of construction and main environmental soil problems which city is facing.It provides basis for the planning of main functional areas,land use planning,resource exploitation and utilization planning as well as urban construction planning in the New Area.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The geological hazards developed in the research area mainly include freezing and thawing of frozen soil,active fracture and liquefaction of sand soil.AroundLimin Development Zone water plant there has been groundwater depression cone,the groundwater level in the cone area has been relatively stable in the past five years,and showed a rising trend.The size of the cone area tends to shrink.The activity of the fault has been very weak since the late Pleistocene,and the possibility of destructive earthquake in the future will be very small.The serious sandy soil liquefaction area in the study area is dotted,the area is not large,and the area of slight liquefaction is the largest.2.The results of geological environment evaluation shows that 54%of the study area are part of the good-better geological environment quality,mainly located in Pingfang area and Duiqingshan Town,Songbei area.In the area,the geomorphologic unit is part of the general area of geological environment quality in 15%range of high plain or first-grade terrace,located in Wanbao Town,Songbei area,and 30.6%in Hujiajie area is part of the area of poor geological environment quality,and is located in the area of floodplain.3.The evaluation of groundwater environmental quality indicates that near Songbei area and Limin Development Zone are seriously polluted,the main pollution factors are nitrite nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,permanganate index.The results of water quality evaluation at the total dissolved solids and total hardness groundwater monitoring points show that the groundwater quality in the high plain of the research area is good,and the groundwater quality in the floodplain is generally poor.The main indicators of exceeding the standard are ammonia nitrogen and nitrate.In the floodplain area,the fragile area is mainly located on the terrace,while the non-fragile area is distributed in the high plain.4.The results of soil environmental quality evaluation indicates that there are heavy metal pollution in soil in Songbei and Pingfang area.The main pollution factors in Songbei area are cadmium and mercury,which are generally 0.13-0.32mg/kg and 0.04-0.13 mg/kg,and the main pollution factors in Pingfang area include cadmium,mercury and plumbum.The content of heavy metals in soil is generally 0.13-0.32 mg/kg 0.063-0.13 mg/kg and 32-40 mg/kg.The heavy metal elements in the soil conform to the industrial land standard,the soil quality is clean,and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons exceed the soil in some points.According to the evaluation of heavy metal pollution in soil,the grade of heavy metal pollution in shallow soil reaches the safety level,and the risk of site pollution in industrial area is acceptable...
