CORS provides high quality GPS observation data which can be applied to the study of GPS meteorology. The estimation of precipitable water vapor is research focus in the field of GPS meteorology and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study its temporal variation.Processing and analyzing the CORS observation data will recognise the information of precipitable water vapor, which is helpful to understand the dynamic change of regional water vapor.According to the precipitable water vapor GPS meteorological estimation accuracy needs more precision,we proposed a method to imporved estimate of the precipitable water vapor.Firstly, use the global mapping model and rapid ephemeris to estimate the atmospheric wet delay and use the weighted average temperature model to calculate the local water vapor conversion factor, use the adaptive Caiman filtering to preprocess and ombining RBF model as the predictive model.Secondly, use both of them to calculate and analyzed the precipitable water vapor Using the Fuxin CORS data to calculate the precipitable water vapor, the results show that the algorithm can improve the accuracy of water vapor which is about 2mm and can meet the demand of water vapor changes. At the same time,short-term prediction model can predict the dynamic changes of precipitable water vapor.
