With the rapid development of society and economy, the frequency of fires is increasing day by day,and the indoor fires of buildings are particularly harmful to humans. In order to better understand the fire and assess the hazards of the fire,a fire simulation model is needed.GIS(Geographic Information System)is a computer technology system established on the basis of a geospatial database to collect, manage, edit, display, and analyze spatially related data for geographical research and geographic decision-making supported by computer systems..FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)is a widely used fire simulation software. The FDS fire scene simulation model is applied in many fields.GIS data has many advantages in the spatial representation of features. How to use GIS data to study fire simulation is the focus of this study. This article analyzes the FDS indoor fire scene simulation model, discusses the model's geometry, attributes, and relational information in detail.Based on the GIS theory,it creates the FDS fire scene simulation model, and presents the fire simulation results visually and simulates the fire. The results were extracted and integrated with GIS data to collect data for fire product evaluation. It mainly discusses the differences between the geometric representation of the FDS indoor fire scene simulation model and the GIS data geometric representation and transforms it.The relationship information expression and the attribute information are added to the GIS data. Finally, the fire simulation results were expressed, extracted, and integrated with GIS data to obtain fire product data, which provided data support for indoor fire hazard assessment.
