In recent years,there have been more and more reports of infection caused by Enterococcus faecalis,and even the first few of Gram-positive bacteria that cause infection.As the number of cases of infection is increased,the resistance of Enterococcus faecalis is increasing,and the spectrum of drug resistance is becoming more and more extensive.Based on the swine Enterococcus strains isolated from 21 pig farms in 7 regions of jiangxi province,this study is going to research the separation condition,the status of drug resistance,fluoroquinolone resistance gene prevalence,the distribution of efflux gene and efflux pump inhibitors and fluoroquinolones for compatibility effects,in order to make the reference to the resistance selection pressure of other gram positive bacteria in the region,to provide basic data for Jiangxi province public health care,and provide new possibility and theoretical basis of the prevention and treatment regimen to animal husbandry and medical personnel.From 2016 to 2017,381 suspected Enterococcus faecalis were collected from the pig intestines of 21 farms in 7 areas of Jiangxi,and 241 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were identified by conventional bacterial identification,PCR method and sampling comparison.The separation rate was 66.8%.In which that separation rate of diarrhoea(73.6%)was higher than that of normal sample(57%).Through the K-B test of seven kinds of drug susceptibility showed that the drug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis from swine in Jiangxi area is serious,multi drug resistant isolates of 208 strains,accounting for 86.3% of them(95.4%),erythromycin and tetracycline(96.7%)resistance rate is very high,but to florfenicol and ciprofloxacin(72.2%)(68.5%)the resistant rate to ampicillin(2.1%),Ti Koa Laing(0.4%)and(1.2%)high sensitivity to vancomycin.There were 9 types of drug-resistant phenotypes,of which the most popular resistance phenotype was FFC+CIP+TE+ERY.The detection of fluoroquinolones resistance genes gyrA and parC and parC emeA gene encoding Enterococcus faecalis efflux pump from swine fecal Enterococcus isolates from Jiangxi were carried out.There were 8 resistant genotypes in 241 isolates.The detection rate of gyrA+parC was the highest,whether or not it was mediated by the outer row pump gene emeA.The most popular genotype in Jiangxi is emeA+gyrA+parC.208 strains of multidrug-resistant porcine Enterococcus faecalis isolated from Jiangxi were more resistant to the new generation of drugs than the old generation.The antibacterial activity of these 4 drugs to Enterococcus faecalis ranked in order:Moxifloxacin > gatifloxacin > ciprofloxacin = levofloxacin.After the addition of reserpine,the effect of 4 fluoroquinolones on Enterococcus faecalis was significantly enhanced and the drug resistance rate decreased significantly.The MIC90 of ciprofloxacin,gatifloxacin and moxifloxacin decreased to the original 1/4,and the MIC90 of levofloxacin decreased to the original 1/2.
