At present,the global warming caused by human activities has become the focus of international concern.In order to achieve low-carbon and green sustainable development,Manufacturers urgently need to reduce their carbon emissions,but the implementation process of reducing carbon emission exposes many difficulties.For example,lacking of knowledge resources on the carbon footprint of manufacturing enterprises,lacking of accurate calculation methods and tools on carbon footprint and so on.To solve above problems,this paper studied the product carbon footprint based on ontology by combining with Zhejiang Province natural science fund projects "complex information system oriented product carbon footprint semantic modeling and information services platform to build".In this paper,the carbon footprint of the product of the enterprise manufacturing layer has been studied.A method for modeling product carbon footprint based on ontology has been proposed.The prototype of carbon footprint analysis and computing platform based on ontology was constructed.The calculation of carbon energy consumption in machining process was realized.The main work of this paper is as follows.The product carbon footprint domain ontology model was constructed and improved.The data structure and ontology construction technology of product carbon footprint in data sources of enterprise information system(PDM,CAPP,CAX,etc.)were studied,and the product carbon footprint domain ontology was constructed and improved based on the existing research of the research group.The method of product carbon footprint heterogeneous information integration is studied.This paper constructed a technical framework for carbon footprint heterogeneous information integration,and the technology of local ontology generation and ontology mapping were studied.Through the case analysis,the paper obtained the target ontology of the uniform semantic meaning of carbon footprint,and obtained the technological information of carbon footprint by analyzing and extracting it.The product carbon footprint energy consumption model was constructed by classification.This paper analyzed carbon footprint border of the actual production conditions in the process of product processing,determined the classification number of the carbon footprint.The quantitative model for carbon emission,including electric power carbon emission,material carbon emission,tool carbon emission,cutting fluid carbon emission and waste chip carbon emission,was established.In this paper,the prototype of carbon footprint analysis and calculation platform was developed and verified experimentally.This paper used hierarchical design,and in combination with MVC design pattern,Java and database technology were used to develop the product carbon footprint analysis and computing platform based on the carbon footprint ontology and the carbon footprint energy consumption model,and the usability of the platform was verified by experiments.
