Research On Key Techniques Of The Provincial Water GIS Service Platform

Water conservancy is the strategic support of the national economic development.Information of water conservancy is an important power to bring continuous development to water conservancy.Spatial attribute of water information makes GIS be used at wide range under the process of Information of water conservancy.With the continuous development of Water GIS application,data augment continuously.The location and access of data that users need will take more time or computing resources.Meanwhile,during the using of current water GIS,the problem of updating application because of the clouser and coupling between application and data is becoming more serious than before.It makes current resources disjoint gradually from application need.Eventually,resources of old data and function will be left unused and wasted.The research of key technologies in provincial service platform about Water GIS aims to solve these problems including the integration and sharing of water GIS data,the reusing,expansibility and openness of application resource.The service model,characteristics and differences with ordinal GIS of Water GIS Service Platform by analyzed.Put forward three key technologies to meet aims of running of provincial Water GIS Service Platform.Data resource catalog,data extraction and analysis business model are three key researching technologies of water conservancy service platform.Studying to make solutions by using multiple internet information technology.Main research contents and achievements are listed below:(1)Analyzing the content of provincial water GIS data and build the resource catalog.Classified and decoded water GIS data sources,researched the process of mapping and delivering between resource model,meta data model and catalog view model.As data resources,researched the process of editing,locating and governing of item index of water GIS resource catalog.(2)Building rules of data extraction of provincial water GIS data to improve the efficence of data using.Analyzed and summarized the semantic expression of difference of water GIS attribute and spatial data.According to this,the realization of rules of relevant data extracting by researched.Meanwhile and the building and implement of rule implement trees of implement multi-rules by researched(3)Designing the analysis model of water business to realize the persistence and reusing of business knowledge.Researched the process of implement of water business,and built the corresponding analysis model of water business which includes the saving of analysis model,the data structure of analysis components and the process of implement and building of running service of multiple composed analysis items.
