Research On Scientific Thought Of Xu Guangqi

Xu Guangqi is an outstanding scientist of the late Ming Dynasty,whose achievements in the field of science were unavailable in the society at that time.Xu Guangqi is a patriotic scientist,whose contribution to the China society is not only in his scientific achievements,but also the spirit of science lies in the pursuit of science and practice,innovation.His noble patriotism and the broad mind that do not take up scientific knowledge are admirable by the people.To this day,Xu Guangqi's scientific wisdom is still shining in the way of China's scientific development.No matter how baptized the years will be,it will not lose its unique glory.In today's society,it is necessary for us to study Xu Guangqi's scientific idea in depth.In order to study Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,based on the analysis of Xu Guangqi's social background,this research systematically expounds the reasons for the formation of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,through the analysis of Xu Guangqi in agriculture,mathematics,astronomy and other important fields of science research,summarizing the basic characteristics of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,further understanding the scientific practice and scientific communication basic situation of Xu Guangqi,and then tapping the connotation and value of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,fully showing the scientific thought of Xu Guangqi.This research uses the methods as follows:citation analysis,literature study and inductive generalaizaition.This research mainly study the scientific thought of Xu Guangqi from the following four aspects:firstly,we introduce Xu Guangqi's life,and analysing the formation of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought from the perspective of sociologyfactors,focusing on the reasons for the formation of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought;Secondly,analysis the writings of Xu Guangqi,briefly dividing and elaborating the content of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,grasping the unique connotation and modern character of the collision between Chinese and Western cultures;Thirdly,dynamic analysing the motivation of Xu Guangqi's scientific research,studying the Xu Guangqi's scientific practice and scientific communication,grasping the hidurances of the science practice and communication,making readers deeply understand the connotation of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,and understanding the unique value of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought;finally,based on the above researches,combined with the outstanding contribution and the background of the theoretical and practical results of Xu Guangqi's scientific research,analysing the limitations of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,fully grasping the deep meaning and value of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought,and enlighten the development of contemporary science.Based on this research,the connotation and charm of Xu Guangqi's scientific thought are truly displayed,and the Xu Guangqi's scientific thought research system is constructed.
